位置就在鷹潭火車站出站口，出行很方便。老闆是位老阿姨，人非常好。客棧是老房子改造的，環境能這麼乾淨很難得。

設施：熱水器，空調，洗衣機，都有的哈。。。可以洗澡，可以洗衣服，也可以掛在一樓晾曬！！！
衞生：床鋪乾淨的，尤其是被單，枕罩，有股淡淡的洗衣液香味兒。。。衞生間也乾淨，一點異味都沒有。。。阿姨每天都會換兩次垃圾袋，早晚各一次呢！！！
環境：距離火車站特別近，步行也就一分鐘吧。。。就在出站口的右邊巷子裏，一直走到頭就看見了。。。雖然離火車站超近，但是晚上一點不吵，完全聽不到列車的聲音，能睡的很好。。。火車站廣場的前面，就是公交車站，去龍虎山，去博物館，都很方便。。。步行街小吃區，也不遠，步行也就一公里吧！！！
服務：阿姨特別親切，特別熱心。。。總是提醒我，要收好手機啊，貴重物品什麼的！！！
