酒店很有年代感，像以前的招待所，前台就1-2人接待，房間很小、空氣很差，保潔打掃得不是很乾凈，馬桶上尿漬都沒擦，而且走廊裏一直有人抽煙，煙味會飄進來，訂單裏寫的小零食也沒有送，除此之外訂單送的竹海門票是溧陽那邊的，不是宜興的（也不知道送這個幹嘛），基本在酒店買不到啥吃的，附近吃喝也不方便，感覺是一個待建設的小度假區。
