The hotel offers the standard fares of the InterContinental brand, and prices are cheaper if booked on the day of arrival. It's relatively close to the city center. About 10 minutes from the train station. 20 minutes from Tao'erchang, Shushan, and Gu'nan Street. Further afield, it might take over half an hour. Taxis are readily available and quite convenient. The breakfast selection is too limited; there aren't even fried eggs.

We booked two separate nights, fearing our child might have a last-minute class. Fortunately, they didn't, so we spent the two nights at Chunshan without worrying about the crowds. We mostly stayed at the hotel, eating, drinking, and exploring. The hotel's food was excellent, and the free snacks in the refrigerator were delicious, especially the white pepper cookies. A little later, the waiter confirmed they'd found the two spoons in the room. The room attendant could have done a thorough search instead of asking the guest first, which seemed rather abrupt. So, a little more attention to detail would have been even better. However, the flaws outweigh the merits, and overall, I really liked Spring Hill. My two children rated it slightly worse than the Ritz-Carlton Hideaway, but about on par with Aman, which is a very high rating.

I went to Yixing with my family on weekends. I found the hotel by accident. The hotel is located in the foothills of Nanyue Mountain in Yixing. The unique charm of ”Shanwai Tea House” lies in the ”detailed” of the manager: it is really rare to meet the boss who personally cooks tea and treats the homestay! That sincere and deep understanding of tea and equipment makes every taste a enjoyment. From the room configuration of Aesop toiletries in Australia, to the careful hardware and details of the layout, the owner's pursuit of quality and taste are reflected everywhere. Although it is not a high-luxury homestay, it creates a unique atmosphere as if living in the home of friends who understand life and have temperature. The sense of relaxation and belonging is far more than the cold luxury. If you also like tea and love the instrument, this homestay must come and experience it. Maybe the boss will take out the good tea he has hidden for decades to entertain you as soon as he is happy. If you look cute and reliable, maybe the boss will take out the auction-level million antique cups for you to enjoy. Anyway, there are a lot of surprises and a lot of harvests. The front desk service was particularly intimate this time, and it was not only fast and efficient, but also very warm when checking in. The room was clean, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and I lay down and sleep until I wake up naturally. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, complete toiletries, and quality is seen in the details. Breakfast was a surprise. When checking out, the waiter also sent local special snacks. This detail service must give full marks!

Got downgraded and the downgrade was justified as an ”upgrade” ,I suggest the property clearly states that they do not accept black people on their property to avoid such interactions! . I booked a room on the 4th floor but the lady at the reception gave me a room on the second floor. I went downstairs again to confirm she gave me the wrong room providing pictures of the room I booked but she kept insisting that there are no such rooms on the property, she insisted they do not exist on the property and rooms on the 4th floor don't look nice. I insisted she put me on the 4th floor like my booking. All to find out she was lying. The rooms were much nicer! Spacious and with a beautiful view. I don't understand such behavior. Very disappointed!

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel in She County two years ago, and was very impressed by its service and facilities. I also booked the Ibis Hotel in Longbeishan when I went to Yixing this time. It was almost nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The only twin room left was the room at the end of the corridor. I have always been a little scared of the rooms at the end of the corridor. There are quite a lot of king-size rooms, so I wanted to change to a king-size room. As a result, the front desk clerk told us with a little disdain that we were not eligible for room upgrade. I took out Ctrip's guest room and introduced it to the front desk. The price of the twin room is the same as the superior king-size room. There is no upgrade at all. After a moment of embarrassment, the front desk clerk gave us two king-size rooms. After entering the guest room, I found that we were staying in an ordinary king-size room, which was cheaper than the twin room we booked. I really don't understand why the front desk clerk deceived us again and again? To be honest, the hotel's rooms are a little small, but the hygiene is very good, the room attendants are very kind, and the breakfast is also rich, which is worthy of the room rate. However, the dishonest behavior of the front desk clerk has ruined the image of the hotel!

Nice hotel. I didn’t want to go to a crowded place during the National Day, so I went to Yixing instead. Temporary hotels were 2 or 3 times the price. This hotel didn’t increase in price much. It turned out that it just opened on September 22, right in Longbei Mountain. It's super convenient at the park gate. The room has no smell. The decoration is clean and tidy. The room has electric curtains, a smart toilet, a sofa and a small dining table. It has its own Yixing Wei restaurant, and the noodles are delicious!
