On the first floor of the hotel, there are four purple clay teapot specialty shops, so if you don't have time to go out to town, you can purchase quality products within the hotel. The room is very spacious, with a large bathtub and plenty of hot water. The shower booth can be switched between a hand shower and a rainfall shower. The room is equipped with a purple clay stone teapot and tea tray tea set, as well as black and green tea leaves. There is also a thick guidebook of purple clay teapot owners on the writing desk, which will soothe your boredom at night. I entered the room just as the room was being cleaned, and the cleaning ladies were very kind to me, as I don't speak Chinese. I was really impressed. The breakfast is not as good as a foreign 5-star hotel, but it has a sufficient variety and quantity. It is a Chinese hotel, so the only flaw is that they do not provide chilled drinks or omelets. It is not the hotel's fault, but there are few restaurants around the hotel where you can eat alone (for some reason there are many hotpot restaurants). The nearest convenience store is less than 1 km away. That is the only negative point. I stayed in May during the China-United Nations holiday, so it was a little expensive, but normally this luxury hotel is around 7,000 yen, which is a bargain. Of course, I would like to stay again next time. From the window, you can see Huanglong Mountain, which reminds you of the mining of the past. This stay exceeded my expectations! Check-in was quick and the staff were all very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The biggest surprise was that when I checked out the next day, I accidentally left my charger behind, and the housekeeping staff noticed and proactively contacted me, keeping it safe – such thoughtfulness was truly touching. Although it was only a short stay, the attentive service made me feel right at home. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this place again next time.

Traveling with the aunt and aunt friends at home, they asked to book a twin room. I searched Trip.com and found that this store is good. I evaluated it. The price is OK. There is floor heating. It will not be cold when entering the room. The surrounding environment is also good. The breakfast is quite hearty, all made by the aunt herself.

The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

Yixing purple clay pottery uses local purple clay as its raw material, which is high in iron, highly malleable, and has a double-pore structure after firing, allowing for good breathability and retaining the color and aroma of tea. Its production process includes shaping the clay slabs and decorating with ceramic carving. Staying at the Vienna Hotel made it convenient to view the teapots and appreciate the tea. The location is interesting; it's not too close to attractions or the high-speed rail station, but not too far either, considering Yixing isn't a very big city, and taxis are readily available. There aren't many dining options nearby, but there are a few restaurants within 200 meters, enough for most needs. Let's focus on the room. It's quite spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. I liked the TV; the picture quality and channels were plentiful, and most importantly, it was easy to use—no need to carry around a bunch of remotes. I'm not sure about the soundproofing. I slept exceptionally well the first night, but the second night it felt like all the nearby rooms were blasting loud music, most likely due to some inconsiderate guests. The breakfast wasn't particularly lavish, but the taste was decent, and it had some local flavor. Overall, it was pretty good.

The room is clean and tidy, and the price is not high. There is a charging station downstairs, which makes charging very convenient. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic and introduced many tourist attractions in the surrounding area. The parking lot is also free. In addition, the breakfast is also buffet style, with rich dishes and fresh ingredients. The flowers in the lobby are also very beautiful. The boss is really caring. It is very convenient to adjacent our two rooms. Although one has a window and one has no window, it is very comfortable. A relatively new hotel with relatively new facilities. The room is clean and hygienic, but the toilet flushing is too loud, which disturbs the sleep a bit. The breakfast is just okay, and the room soundproofing is not very good.

I came to Yixing for a few days because we needed a triple room, so we booked this hotel together. Booking in advance is quite sufficient. Booking a hotel is very convenient and the price is affordable. The hotel breakfast was normal. I basically just ate noodles and it was quite delicious with some extra toppings. It feels very thoughtful The overall room is quite good, but the hotel facilities are relatively old and the toilet is difficult to flush. The one with a bathtub inside has not been upgraded. There are so many supporting facilities in the hotel that you have to pay for. It’s too exaggerated! ! ! If someone takes it apart accidentally, they will be charged. No wonder it requires a 300 deposit. I’m very dissatisfied with this. The price tag is also very unreasonable. It depends on which tenant accidentally demolishes it. That would be stupid. Overall, everything else is good. The hotel parking is also pretty good. Even the waiter at the door has no sense of service at all. When the car drove up, he didn't know how to help with the luggage. He just stood at the door and watched. I didn't know what he was doing.
