The front desk lady was even more heartwarming and gave us a free upgrade to the room type. The interior of the room was very clean and the mattress was also It's the perfect fit for us, not too soft or too hard. We've been living away from home for several days with a soft mattress, and my husband has had a very uncomfortable backache. There are more small details in the room, such as the sensor lights at the corners of the bed, disposable cups that are wrapped very tightly, etc. Even though I'm a very picky person about accommodation, I can't find fault with this hotel.
