服務態度熱情，有耐心，有問必答，打掃房間的阿姨也很好，出去哪裡玩路線這麼走問了回答的很詳細，名宿位置也可以，叫外賣很方便，個人認為在芙蓉鎮景區吃飯的都是大怨種，價錢貴還不好吃，還是在房間叫外賣經濟實惠，還好吃。

花園下午茶: 好喝，有浪漫🌹
衞生：也很乾凈
房間裏可以看到外景，很好看，有氣氛。
而且位置也很好，比較安靜

房間挺舒適的，店裡小哥會去接站，如果第二天10點動車還可以送站，環境優美，露台都沒來得及去看看，聽説很美，去看瀑布也挺近的

住過這麼多酒店和民宿，這間在芙蓉鎮的上房揭瓦是居住體驗最舒服最好的👏🏻設施齊全、衞生乾淨、環境優美、老闆的服務簡直一流！到景區門口來接我們，然後幫提行李箱，親自送到房間，居住期間也很關心我們，服務非常到位，家人們也紛紛對這間民宿豎起大拇指。這兩天一直下雨，遊玩體驗並不好，感謝遇見這麼温暖的民宿老闆，下次等天氣好了再到芙蓉鎮，一定要在這裏好好住幾天😀
