酒店有點偏遠，沒什麼人氣，不知道是不是重新裝修，剛打開房間裏面有股很重的裝修味道，而且天花板也是毛胚，但是整體還是可以的，去平潭玩途徑住了一晚。

服務很差，酒店温泉還要三個人以上才開，早餐沒有自助，衹有送上來的稀飯，根本沒有達到高檔酒店的服務要求，房間很普通，有股黴味，空調也不製冷，總之一次很差的體驗，根本沒有達到星鑽酒店

住過這麼多酒店，這一次的體驗感很差，我們那天是晚上到達酒店，也沒有工作人員出來指導車停哪裡，其次就是第二天早餐，我們是8點50分到達的餐廳，小孩讓補39元，進去才發現幾乎都沒菜，遊客在那裡説，店裡工作人員還指責我們這麼晚到，服務太差了，後面上的雞蛋都沒熟；最後最無語的是我向前台要兩瓶水，被告知一瓶2元需要購買。原本以為4星級酒店至少服務方面都會好點，太失望了。第一次評論這麼多不滿，真的太生氣了。

除了衞生間的噴頭水較小，到房間的走廊燈光太暗了，尤其白天，幾乎看不見，希望多開一路燈光。其他都很滿意，酒店非常漂亮，尤其晚上，適合度假。
