靈峯景區很近，看夜景也方便，走路200米就到景區售票口，酒店環境舒適，乾淨，服務人員熱情，早餐豐盛。

房間衞生很乾凈，很整潔，店家很用心，喜歡這個三樓房間的窗景，早上的陽光灑進來，暖暖的，起床後的第一眼，就看到窗外的美景，在民宿裏訂了午餐，阿姨廚藝很棒，媽媽菜的味道，忍不住又訂了晚餐，價格也很實惠，在大堂的茶桌上放了橘子和茶點，老闆説隨便拿，太客氣了，桂花糕特別好吃，給我們做了雁盪山的行程，方洞到靈巖的卧雲棧道，靈峯的真際寺都很美，還有個大龍湫沒來得及去，留點遺憾下次再來。

林楓山舍的套房可以在陽台直接看到靈峯，還有對面的南瓜峯，風景絕佳，房間面積很大，天花板看着像剛刷過，地板也是新的，房間佈置的也比較温馨，房間裏還有淡淡的桂花香，還有個大院子，大堂可以喝茶，管家服務很好，親自到停車場迎接，幫忙拿行李，熱情周到，早餐是中西式的套餐可以選擇，中式套餐比較有本地特色，有特色麥餅，想喝咖啡的，管家也會免費提供，還有民宿阿姨燒的家常菜很好吃，一定要品嚐一下，在景區的民宿，能有讓你有家的感覺，下次來還會住這家民宿，雁盪山此行太滿意了。

選民宿的時候一眼看上了這家，無論是位置，風格，品質，都是獨一無二的，位置在景區附近步行三四分鐘的距離，老闆特別熱心的幫我們免費升級了房間、泡茶等，服務特別好，不得不説房間內景觀也非常好，打開陽台正好對着落涯的景觀，適合一家人來度假的聖地，值得再來。
