我們訂的兩晚的雙床房，房間很乾凈，床品也非常舒服，空調温度也合適，早餐也豐富，民宿離靈峯景區非常近，出行也方便，老闆、服務員都非常熱情，晚上還送了銀耳羹和紅豆湯，蠻貼心的，最後一天退房還送了伴手禮，還有就是有高鐵站接送服務，很方便，下次有機會還會再來。

國慶和朋友出遊入住的，雖然國慶假期有些小貴，但是入住的體驗感還是不錯的，被這裏的服務感動到了，真有賓至如歸的感覺。來的前一天，工作人員便於我們提前聯繫，告知進來的路線，如何停車，後來比較順利的停到了附近的景區停車場（表揚一下，我們國慶期間在雁盪山景區的停車費和景點間的公交都是免費的），到達時有點小雨，工作人員小姐姐還拿着小拖車，帶着雨傘過來接我們，幫我們拖行李。還把我們行李送到三樓房間。晚上遊玩回來，小姐姐給我們送上温熱的紅豆湯，喝了暖暖的。第二天退房時，又幫我們行李從三樓拎下來，送到停車場。走時還送了一袋伴手禮，裏面裝了路上吃的小零食，喝的水，還有紙巾都準備好了，真的太貼心了！民宿也很美，就在靈峯景區下面，晚上很漂亮，外面有個草坪，可以聚會燒烤，下次有朋友來玩一定會推薦。

基本都很滿意。房間水很大，天那麼熱，洗澡很舒服，也很乾凈；空調也很給力，那麼熱的天，必需點贊。服務也很好，因為車沒辦法直接停到民宿門口，所以管家可以提供搬運行李的服務，我們沒有開車，還安排了車送我們去雁盪山火車站，必需點贊～

體驗一般。房間隔音差 - 隔壁説話聽得清楚，連房卡開門聲都聽得到。早上工作人員八點開始工作，睡眠比較敏感的就不需要睡了。早餐也就這樣，熱美式另外付錢，28元。室內吃飯地方几個桌子排在一起，好像食堂，和其他客人一起吃，一點私隱空間都沒有。甜湯也衹送一晚，其它晚上沒有。簡單來説，如果你是想來山裡，安安靜靜休息，這裏不推薦。

位置極好，靠近靈峯夜景口，看夜景方便的很，院子擴建了也整改了，很愜意的山景院子，房間品質佳，服務到位，老闆娘熱情，很有民宿氛圍，感覺不錯

在靈峯景區旁邊，院子裏可以看南瓜峯，院子很喜歡，晚上很舒服，早起可以到山後麪的嶺走走，早餐有本地的特色，管家服務很貼心，總之是很不錯的民宿
