第一個房間進去發現地上有水，以為是衞生沒做好，沒在意，吃了晚飯回房間洗完澡開啟空調，發現空調內機下面那個射燈孔裏***水直流，垃圾桶接着還是聲音很大，打電話給前台維修很久才來，最後方案換房間，大小包拎過去換到房間後發現空調又是壞的，沒辦法又説再換房間，到了16樓，服務員説沒房卡要去拿，門開着，我就站着門口，那個門的慣性很大力偶，直接自動關上時候砸向了我，門把手把我腰狠狠的砸了一下，回家好幾天了，今天腰還在痛.
