We took out three ID cards and handed them to the front desk, but there was an arrogant man at the front desk. He didn't even raise his head or look at the photo of the ID card the whole time. He asked very rudely which man it was and pointed at my friend. Said: "You can't come in!" This is simply incomprehensible. We are a family of three, and our child is only eight or nine years old. Anyone with a discerning eye would know at a glance that it was a friend who came to help deliver the luggage, and we patiently explained it twice, but the waiter seemed not to understand at all, and his posture was much worse than that of the security guard at Zhongnanhai. He is also very arrogant, his tone is extremely stiff, and he especially cannot speak. What's even more outrageous is that a waitress took the wrong ID card and he knocked it off with a "snap". I have never seen such a person before. If this is the case, why does he want to work in the service industry? Just go be a janitor! Therefore, even before we officially checked in, the experience was already extremely bad.
