The location is very good, the view is excellent, and it enjoys a quiet sea area exclusively with another luxury hotel. The facilities are very good, the service is considerate, and the breakfast is freshly made with excellent quality.

We enjoyed our stay at Kymothoe Elite.
Pros:
- Nick is such a great host, given us lots of good tips for the island. Make sure to ask for restaurants recommendations :)
- Really nice ocean view from the balcony. Great for sunrises!
- Very convenient location and away from the crowds: ~15mins drive from the airport, ~10 mins drive to all the beaches and restaurants.
- Great breakfast
- super friendly dog on site
Cons:
- wifi is not good: no internet access from the bedroom, maybe a little from the living room early morning, would need to sit on the balcony to have a slightly better connection. Cell reception could be really bad here as well.

Nikos and his team are doing everything possible to give you the best vacation thinkable. Suites are spacious and the views are magnificent. I cannot think of anything that could be better. Great quality for the price we paid. Hope to see you again!

This year was our 9th in a row @Kymothoe. We love to come back every year for the experience, welcoming, comfort, pool, services, luxury apartment. Nicos and Marie Louise are such attentive owners. For workaholics, the internet has improved massively this year -!!! The beach access is amazing - when coming back from the tours on island we cool with kids at the pool but also as the new renovated beach I think of no better place to be on summer holidays. We look forward for our our 10th stay already. Thank you

We stayed there for a week as a family. A real haven of peace. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Nikos and his wife, who are always available and so welcoming. Residence very well located for all your visits, and 10 minutes by car from Zante. The room, spacious and always very clean. The swimming pool and garden, splendid. The view is simply incredible! with the sea as far as the eye can see. Every morning, Noela is there, always with a smile, to serve a hearty, quality breakfast. The whole team is on top and takes great care. In summary, I recommend this place 1000%. Go there with your eyes closed 👍
