Good location, unusual bathroom
Struggled to find hotel as people sitting on step outside. Just looked like part of the shops next door. Signage did not stand out. Once found - great location.
The room looks nice, 3rd floor but no lift so with heavy cases this would be a struggle for some people.
The curtain at the bedroom window did not open. Only one very soft pillow each on the bed. Offered no support. One chair in room, could do with another one as nowhere to sit. Ended up sitting on the floor at times.
Had to ask for a hand towel as only bath towels provided. Bathroom was unusual but very nice. Everywhere clean. Did not see or recieve any information regarding spa. No information or recommendation where to get breakfast. Plenty of places around for food. Not sure how the hotel is classes as a resort or a 5 star hotel. It was a good location for a base, but hotel nothing special.

Good location but for a spa resort it was lacking in a few conveniences. We had difficulty finding the wifi password when we checked in, the fridge wasn't working & we were told to pull it out of its container. Our friends room didn't have slippers or robes, ours did. If you stay multiple nights, they don't collect the trash. Check in at 3pm seems a little late as well. The sauna was okay.

위치는 메인 거리에 있고 버스정류장과 가까운편이라 좋습니다. 호텔 디자인은 새거같고 좋은데 그거 말고는 스탠다드에서 지냈는데 객실은 혼자 있어도 좁다고 느낄 정도, 따로 의자가 없어서 침대 외에는 앉을 곳이 없습니다. 냉장고 서랍 위가 테이블 같은데 냉장고 열기가 테이블에 많이 전해져서 물이나 음식 놔둘수가 없구요. 적당한 테이블이 없어서 창가를 활용했는데 옷 갈아입거나 할때 암막커튼 외 블라인드가 없는게 불편했습니다. 엘레베이터가 없는게 큰 단점입니다. (28인치의 20키로 넘는 가방이었는데 탑층에 배정하고 도와주는 사람도 없고 너무 힘들었네요. ) 전화기가 없어서 0층 리셉션 데스크에서만 뭔가 물어볼수있는데 사람이 잘 없습니다. 영어를 거의 못하고 체크인할때도 아무런 설명도 없이 키만 발급해줍니다. (조식이나 스파 시설에 대한 설명 없고, 궁금한게 있으면 물어보라는 흔한 인삿말이 없어요.) 스파 이용은 좋았는데 이것도 사용 안내는 없고 그냥 책자만 보고 알아서 셀프로 이용해야했습니다. 복도에 음악이 울려퍼지고 욕실에 라디오같은걸 틀수있게 되어있는데 이거때문에 밤에는 계속 어디선가 음악소리가 들려옵니다 ㅠㅠ 식당은 없고 조식은 신청하면 방으로 가져다줍니다. 유료이고 (35zl) 8시 근처에만 옵니다 숙박기간동안 룸 클리닝은 없습니다

Had the best few days in Zakopane staying at this hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a larger room than our friends but we were out exploring most of the time so it didn't matter to us. Location is perfect. Right in the center of everything. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped us with any questions we had. They don't have a lift but this didn't bother us as all fit enough to use the stairs.
