前台大美女吳主管熱心，細心，服務佳。推薦我們去中餐廳用餐，菜品很合口味，性價比很高。早飯有個本地特色的檔口，體驗了一下，白粥味道很贊！菜煎餅666！房間很大很通透，很喜歡裡邊的佈局。床墊軟性始終，睡得很香。逛了一圈酒店旁邊的商場，吃完晚飯去了對面的公園散散步，很愜意！

第一次住，房間設施挺全的，有浴缸有音響，早餐種類挺多的，味道還行，前台員工服務態度好，尤其吳小姐，還幫忙定了餐廳，房間位置安排的也很好，景色好，入住到退房都很滿意，下次有機會還會選這家酒店

酒店非常棒，環境高檔，性價比高。 一進去酒店服務人員態度很好，前台Niki 小姐姐很熱情，對酒店和周邊也很瞭解，特別耐心的幫忙介紹。安排的觀景房面積很大，沒有異味，一次性用品齊全，房間還準備了歡迎水果，很貼心的一家酒店，來這邊出差強烈推薦入住温德姆！最後感謝前廳的褚經理，昨晚車子停地下忘記關燈了，第二天電瓶沒電了，褚經理知道後第一時間帶着工具來幫我搭電，順利打火。對了，地下停車場很大，是和商場共用的，在前台掃個停車券就能免費停車，很方便！

設施：温德姆還是一如既往的優秀，本身就是比較新的酒店，加上温德姆的加成體驗還是非常不錯的。早飯也非常豐富！
衞生：房間乾淨，體驗很好
服務：雖然工作日出差真的很忙碌，但是前台小姐姐Sherry的微笑服務做的還是很好，就像是冬日裏的一抹暖陽温暖人心。

環境不錯，地理位置好，交通方便，旁邊還有商場。房間舒適衞生，迷你吧東西也都免費 6樓還有健身房，健身房環境器具都非常新👍🏻打掃房間服務人員很熱情提供各種幫助，早餐竟然在58樓，是自助式 很豐富，種類蠻多的。
入住時也有幫忙特地安排視野更廣的高樓層。住的樓層很高，信號依舊很穩定，視頻會議完全不影響。
就是房間空調不太理解 為啥不可調節？是真的熱🥵，還好及時聯繫了前台。感謝前台Shania及時幫忙 和工程溝通協調解決。還單獨給送了冷風扇。晚上還有服務人員提供的開夜床服務 很貼心。退房也很快速方便，也非常感謝前台陳夢小姑娘，説天氣轉涼 還專門給我倆了兩瓶温水 帶着路上喝 ，太貼心了
性價比是真的很可以，下次出差還來這！

帶小朋友來棗莊玩耍，選的温德姆酒店，房間寬敞整潔乾淨，服務特別好，尤其是前台的Sherry，面帶微笑，很貼心！酒店交通便利，周邊餐飲生活配套也很齊全，去高鐵站打車也就十幾分鍾。温德姆的品質，中西式早餐太nice了，帶小朋友一定要選早餐好的酒店，商務酒店的價格星級酒店的體驗，這就是温德姆至尊！
