The hotel is okay but the service was not very good. Free shuttle service was not provided and the kettle was not available inside the room.

Very clean and new. Simple and healthy breakfast. Close to city and train station. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent. Short walk to Train station, rail to the mountains, supermarket and main shopping street Took the room facing the Matterhorn and view is very nice. Room included simple breakfast

Hotel is approximately 10mins walk from Zermatt train station. There is a bus stop to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station about 4mins away from the hotel, very convenient. The hotel gave us a free upgrade during our stay and the view from the balcony was amazing! The pool and sauna facility looked great but didnt had a chance to try. Highly recommend this hotel going to Zermatt!

Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic and the view from room is amazing.

The hotel is clean and big,breakfast also nice. It offers the free bus pick up from station to the hotel from 8am to 17pm. But the staff service could be better.

Nice hotel, but very bad service. Check in at 3pm. Don’t arrive one minute earlier. Otherwise it’s not fair to others. That is the principle of this hotel.

The hotel does not provide kettles. When asked, they said it was not allowed. I have been to three or four countries in Europe, and almost every hotel is equipped with kettles. This hotel told me that it was not allowed. It feels strange. In addition, the service attitude is a bit impatient. I suggest going to an apartment about 200 meters away. The facilities are modern and spacious, and there is an induction cooker, which is very convenient. The scenery is not bad, and you can see the top of the Matterhorn.

I had no expectations because the reviews said the view of the Matterhorn was not that good, but it was in a perfect location. I was able to see the Matterhorn at sunrise from my room, and I have fond memories of eating breakfast I bought on the balcony. The bathroom was very clean, and I was able to watch Netflix on the hotel TV by connecting a Chromecast. I forgot my charger adapter, but they lent me one right away, and they also helped me store my luggage before check-in. The hotel's customer service was also great.

Unfriendly welcome. Booked an extra night and had to pay more for the hotel than if I had booked it via trip.com. The difference was 20 euros. Trying to negotiate. But without result
