I traveled with clutch and to the hotel is simply easy walk. Direct opposite the rail station and near all the restaurants and Coop. I used the pool and it’s so nice.The breakfast was wonderful (some FOC selection in menu and a good spread in buffet) and they provide afternoon tea too.

I am quite satisfied with the hotel. The most satisfying thing is that it is super super close to the train station! The front desk service is also very good. They even prepared a cup of coffee for me before I left. After the check-out time is up, they will help store your luggage for free until you leave Zermett that day. I will probably stay in this hotel again next time🏨

The staff are very friendly and will provide all kinds of assistance, including if you need transportation to the train station 2 minutes away :) The location of this hotel is very convenient, right next to the train station, about 2 minutes' walk on a small road. There are co-op, McDonald's, etc. nearby, so you don't need to worry about eating. It is also very close to Station Street, where there are various clothing and accessories stores, which is also a good place for shopping. As for getting to various attractions, it is also very convenient. Next to the hotel's alley exit is the station to Gornergrat and the bus stop to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. There is a small road behind the hotel, and you can reach the cable car station for Five Lakes Hiking in a few minutes after leaving. Breakfast has many choices and tastes good. This hotel has free SPA and Yoga courses, but I was in a hurry on this trip and didn’t try them. It was a very good stay experience!

Excellent location, within walking distance from the train station, quiet in a busy area, suite with kitchen, cooking utensils, large room, comfortable and clean, rich breakfast, very cost-effective

The most satisfactory hotel I stayed in Switzerland for more than ten days. As soon as I entered the door, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. There was also a big dog named Izzy at the door of the hotel. She was very friendly. My son played with her for a long time and was very happy. Unfortunately, she didn’t come to the hotel the next day. I missed her very much! The hotel facilities are also great, with a swimming pool, spa and sauna. There is also free afternoon tea from 3 to 6 pm ☕️ It is only a 2-3 minute walk from the train station. It is very convenient to travel. I am very satisfied 😀
