Top Hotels in Zermatt with Spas

Terrible service from receptionist. After unfortunate incident of entering our room when do not disturb sign was displayed. The response we got was ”This is our hotel, Not your hotel. We can enter any room at any time.” First time hearing such a comment from receptionist lady with glasses. Nonetheless, everything else was good, what would have been a perfect stay, was ruined by a staff misrepresenting the image of the hotel.

This hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to the train station. Check-in was welcoming and the room was fine. It is spacious enough with plenty of closet space. Comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom amenities. We liked having a little fridge and Nespresso type coffee maker. Breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold options. I ate much too much! In the afternoon they offer coffee and homemade cake in the lobby. An English language chanel on the room TV would have been nice. The hotel has a pool and a sauna which we did not have a chance to use.

In addition to the location and facility, the staff were AWESOME. We found ourselves without a room IN Zermatt (through a reservation mistake at another hotel) and Patricia was able to locate a room that was not going to be used for our nights there due to a real-time cancelation just as we walked in. She worked diligently to secure the room for us. The rest of the staff were also extremely helpful regarding some special needs we had. The included breakfast was delicious and Alpine samplings everywhere. We dined in the restaurant in the hotel and the selections were delicious, and the service very good. Great building with character that is close to everything, but most of all the people made us feel at home, far from south Alabama. If we get the opportunity to return to Zermatt, we'll most definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is delicious. It was nice to see the Matterhorn right from the room. The spa facilities are good, so it's good to warm up after trekking. The staff aren't unfriendly, they're not friendly, but they do everything if you ask for it. I like the spa, so I want to come again with my parents next time. Have a good rest for 3 nights.

The shuttle service, the reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the view are all top class. Prices are within acceptable range by Swiss standards. In addition to a beautiful sauna, the spa also has a cold room like a freezer, so if you're a sauna-loving Japanese, you'll be well equipped!The breakfast was also very delicious.

It was an unforgettable stay. It is halfway up the Matterhorn. It is very convenient for those skiers. When you arrive at the transit station, you can contact the hotel staff to pick it up. It is very quiet at night. You can't miss the hotel's SPA!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very near the zermatt train station, just opposite of Macdonald’s. Breakfast had a good selection. Housekeeping would check in on you and offer free chocolates. The only feedback I have is the room didn’t provide English instructions on how to dial the concierge so I had to walk down to request for items.

It is the best hotel in Switzerland in 8 days. The worst hotel I used to stay in before was 4 stars of 2800 yuan, basically all 5 stars. The facilities are new and the new hotel is more in my style. The service is in place, reflecting the high level of Swiss hotel service industry. The rooms are not large or small, just right, the toilets are a bit small, and the toiletries are a well-known British brand. Because the owner of the hotel loves whiskeys, there is a cabinet for whiskeys in the lobby. Whiskey in the room can be drunk for free, which is a waste for me who does not drink. The breakfast is not many, but it is very exquisite and you can eat it well. Self-driving is not allowed here, there are shuttle buses to the train station, you need to call in advance to book. Several attractions are close. The hotel swimming pool is also good, although not large, you can swim and watch the mountain view. I will definitely choose here next time. Price is also good.

I returned from four days and three nights at the Beausite Zermatt, and it was really wonderful. The staff was accommodating and made sure I had a wonderful stay. I was picked up at the train station and booked a junior suite with a great view of the Matterhorn. I loved my wooden soaking up in the bathroom (in addition to the oversized shower), and the bed was super comfy. I had plenty of time at the end of the day to enjoy the spa, outdoor pool, and sauna with views of Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was delicious, not to mention my meals, I had dinner at The Grill with friends who were also in town, and my last meal was at the charming Witch'eese fondue hut; it was just us three inside and super cozy. I look forward to coming back next time I am in town.

Pleasantly surprised by how big the room was! A rarity in Switzerland for sure. Modern furnishings a plus! Lovely surprise balcony with a sideways view of the town, nice to sit outside to unwind at the end of the long day. Bathroom was rather lacking in character compared to the room and bath tub/screen was quite inconvenient. But basic amenities are there, two sinks + separate WC were appreciated. Breakfast was average, adequate but not great spread. No swimming pool, bare gym, uninspiring suana area for a 4* hotel so manage your expectations accordingly. Location very close to train station (5 mins), off a quiet corner, complimentary luggage shuttle would be nice instead of charging CHF12 for what is literally a 1 minute ride in a buggy.
