Can't complain for the price. They are very nice and will ride you to the nearest gate, South. But south gate isn't the best to get in and there is very few restaurants nearby. The room had a squat toilet which might not please some and you shower over the toilet.

Yunxiu inn is situated in this nice quite neighborhood 10 minutes or so away from Zhangjiajie mountain, ideal for early hikers. The manager was very sweet and helpful, she helped get a driver early in the morning, gave us a detailed map of the mountain and when our flight got delayed she opened a room for us to shower and rest for free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

But I didn’t remember to call until 4 minutes after I started the car, leaving only 1 minute for them to deliver my luggage. Fortunately, the driver was very kind and willing to wait after the car arrived at the intersection. It didn’t take long for me to see the boss helping me deliver my bag. Look. It turns out that he ran here, and there was a piece of crushed ice in the small bag next to the bag. It really gave people a very warm experience. They are a good family. On the third day, I came back late and had no room, so I found a B&B called (Hao Fang Zhi) at the back. I found 3 bedbugs on the bed, which scared me to death! I quickly asked the customer service to change the hotel. Ctrip's customer service was still very good and the problem was solved quickly. I hope the customer service will directly lower the rating of such a hotel. The one with the bedbugs was from another B&B! I support good B&Bs like Yunxiu and boycott bad B&Bs like (Good Room Only). I can’t comment on the ones I’ve booked. Ctrip didn’t do this well! ! !
