第二次入住。
交通便利，客棧就在天門山索道對面的巷子裏。出門走幾步就有公交車站，有公交直達張家界西站，距離張家界站和張家界汽車站不到2公里。
吃飯方便。出門就是小吃一條街，走出巷子外面也是一堆的餐飲店，夜市也很豐富。
客棧本身衞生還可以，洗溯用品、基礎設備都有，也有電梯。單人大床房隔音一般，能聽到飛機和樓下汽車的聲音。洗澡間沒有做乾濕分離。
房東態度挺好，可以從火車站接。

老闆一家人特別好，提前給老闆打電話，約好時間老闆親自到高鐵站接站，又免費給升級房間。客棧的位置很好找，距離天門山索道衹有三兩分鐘的路程，周邊吃飯也很方便。房間很乾凈，每天都會認真打掃，更換洗漱用品。老闆還會幫我們規劃詳細遊玩路線，幫助購買景區門票，比官網便宜，怕我們遊玩走錯路線，每天的行程都是詳盡地文字介紹，天門山一天，張家界森林公園兩天，都玩的非常好。

這家客棧要給個五星好評，老闆和老闆娘很Nice
服務：晚上十點半落地張家界荷花機場，老闆準時來接，因我們天門山預約時間較晚，老闆娘詳細的給我們介紹了天門山ABC線怎麼避開擁擠
衞生：民房改造的不能奢求高大上，但房間做到了乾淨整潔
位置：天門山索道旁，出門幾百米就到了
環境：出來就是小吃一條街，價格都很親民
