從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的服務。酒店的工作人員態度非常熱情，無論是前台接待人員、客房服務人員還是餐廳服務員，他們總是面帶微笑，積極主動地詢問是否需要幫助，那種真誠的態度讓人倍感温暖。
酒店的環境十分宜人。大堂裝修豪華大氣，所選用的裝飾品和燈光的搭配相得益彰，營造出一種高檔且舒適的氛圍。客房更是乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，床上用品的品質很高，每一晚的睡眠都特別安穩。房間內的設施齊全且先進，大尺寸的高清電視節目豐富，空調的温度調節非常靈敏，衞生間乾淨無異味，淋浴設施水流充足且温度穩定。
