屬省總工會，是所老賓館，佔地面積不小，有個大院子，有個大餐廳和早飯餐廳，早餐種類還算豐富，定的3號樓，設施雖老點略顯陳舊，但配置齊全，還有個立式空調，🚾還算乾淨，花撒出水很沖，還有個巨大的洗漱台，唯一不解的是屋裡鋪了地毯，但廁所裏沒有腳墊巾，隔音也好於其他同類賓館，特別要讚的是服務一流，不論是總枱接待還是房間服務或餐廳服務人員都非常熱情周到，有問必答，非常有禮貌，這樣的服務態度和工作作風在其他地方從沒見過，賓館在陪訓管理方面下了很多功夫，總之非常滿意，非常希望能夠保持這種服務水平。

酒店地理位置很好，距離張家界國家森林公園東門（標誌門）很近，也就幾百米走路幾分鐘。酒店環境很好，有點花園式的感覺（夏天估計會更好），早餐比較豐富搭配合理。
酒店服務不錯，前台服務員都挺好熱情周到，特別是對有個叫袁曉曉的前台服務員印象深刻，這個服務員不僅熱情大方而且為我們遊覽張家界各景點耐心和細緻進行介紹，雖然第一次見面但很自然，有一種熟悉而且賓至如歸的感覺，我們夫妻真心給袁曉曉點贊。
酒店周邊吃飯也很方便，酒店後身就有很多餐館，酒店距離魅力湘西劇場也不遠，大約1公里多。
