A very good personality, attitude n customer orientated staff... Pls keep up d good name of hospitality of your hotel and thanks to 覃小姐 Peter Chan from Malaysia P/s i cant use your customer feedback in ur website bcos i dont have china phone number

I just need to report the car number to the front desk before going out every day. This time I booked a two-bedroom suite with multiple beds. It can be said that when I booked in advance online, I looked around and only James Joyce had this type of room. The room is large and spacious, the sanitary conditions are very good, the American decoration style is stable and warm, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The sound insulation effect of the room is very good. Except for the occasional roar of the landing of the plane (there is no way to hear this, you will hear it), there is basically no other noise. The bed is moderately soft and hard and it is very comfortable to sleep. The room will be cleaned and replaced in time every day. The supplies are very sufficient from towels and bath towels to toiletries. You can also order coffee from the front desk to the room, which is great! The service attitude of the hotel is very good, serious and patient without being overly enthusiastic, very comfortable, and all questions will be answered. We went there during the last two days of the holiday. The price was quite reasonable. We added another person temporarily, and the front desk changed us to a larger room for free. The hygiene was very good, no dust, and there was a small refrigerator in the room for us to use. The equipment was quite sufficient. 2 days was not enough, and we still had to go to the line when we came out, so it took a week. I will stay here again next time!
