The area are a bit run down, and the owner is a really kind lady but cannot speak english. A bit hard to find and between small lane. The room is not really 25m2 which is a bit small from what we expected. As we arrived in late October, the room is kind of cold without turning the ac on. Towels were changed and rubbish thrown out daily. Unlimited water bottles are provided by the owner. The lobby is not clean and messy, which can be improved but the owner is really kind, even try to help carry our heavy luggage upstairs. The laundry provided is a top load washing machine used by the hotel for their laundry and needs to be air dried, no drier. To get to the Tianmen Cableway is actually almost 20 minutes walk, 15 if you walk fast. Overall, you get what you paid for. I would suggest to spend a little bit more if you can and get a little bit of better hotel which are abundant near the area.

The hotel is small and exquisite, I like its style very much, and the location is also very good. It is very convenient to visit Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain, Forest Park, and the Grand Canyon. The hotel is in a great location and parking is convenient. We parked our car in the hotel parking lot and walked to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. The room and bathroom were very clean and fresh.
