Hotels in Zhangjiajie with Swimming Pools

I stayed during the Christmas holidays 🎄 with my family (also got Christmas gifts 🎁 😃). This hotel is very near to the Wujiauyu ticket office (around 1km). The hotel staff is really helpful in giving tips for travel around scenic areas and few of them speak English well. I stayed with my family and they upgraded my room for free. 😃 You can also get a discount ticket from the hotel for the Charming Xiangxi show, which is just adjacent to the hotel. If you got tiered roaming in the scenic area you can also try foot massage. If I visit Zhangjiajie again, this hotel will be my first choice.

Green oasis! Incredibly beautiful and relaxing surroundings and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant served tasty dinners. I had three flight cancellations while I was there, and staff member Knight was incredibly helpful and responsive as my plans changed and changed again. I loved staying at the Harmona.

If you are planning to visit Zhangjiajie, this hotel is a perfect place to stay. It is an amazing experience in Zhangjiajie. The hotel location make it perfect spot for those who wanna go around all the sightseeing in Zhangjiajie.The host is a fantastic guy, kind and helpful, and as extra bonus, he speaks English. He helped us to arrange for our daily tours and has great knowledge about the area, forest, and sightseeing. The hotel was very neat and clean with fantastic avatars mountain view. The breakfast was also nice and covered variety of Asian and western tastes. Furthermore, we driven there with our EV, and the fast charging station is opposite to this place. Moreover, as we travel with our two dogs, we chose a pet friendly hotel and it worked. it’s a great pet friendly hotel for those who travel with their fair babies. In the second day of our stay the host surprised me with the cake 🎂 for my birthday which proof how friendly he is and care about guests happiness and comfort. 张家界森林公园的景观令人震惊，同时，酒店的工作人员服务很好，他们记得我的生日并为我准备了一份蛋糕，很感谢，我们能够在房间里看到森林公园，景色很美丽

Everything was awesome and even better than expected. -The young couple managing this place is very carying for the hosts and enthsuiastics to serve. As soon as we arrived they gave us a map and sat down to explain us the best itinerary to take, and what was not a priority to visit based on our time (we had a single day to visit the park). This was very helpful to us. This day chinese citizens had special discount for the park entrance and they kindly used their accounts to make us beneficiate their discounts - Delicious breakfast in the morning hand made. They also have dinner. There is also a main road at 1min walking with a bunch of good restaurant and street food. - The park is at 10min with Didi from the Hotel - Hotel very clean and cosy. Living room with many places to chill or eat breakfast/dinner. With a few table in the backyard oustide as well - Rooms are perfectly clean and fonctional. Bed is very comfy. Big plus is a window that takes an entire wall size with the view to the mountains! - They provided us with a Taxi less expensive than the one we took to come to the place. Everything was really amazing, one of my best stay in a hotel. Thanks to this lovely family!

This was the best stay that I’ve had in China. It is an absolute beautiful place with an amazing view. The infinity pool is so nice, you have a amazing backdrop view and can see so many stars at night; we even had it to ourselves most of the time. The service here is top tier, they will even drive you on a golf cart to save you walking 3-4 minutes if you like haha. Our room/cabin was very nice, great bed, and a luxurious bathtub on the balcony. The fridge was even full of beer and soft drinks to have. This place is most definitely worth the money spent! If I’m in Zhangjiajie again, I will be coming back!

Location- perfect for a remote stay! You feel truly in nature and able to relax. There is one road up so it can sometimes be hard to organise a taxi here but contact the hotel and they will help you easily Service- rain is extremely helpful and helped us organise transport to and from the national park gate which is very close Good- excellent chinese food, feels home cooked and delicious, not as oily. Breakfast is great Pool- stunning infinity pool! FYI you are in nature so there are bugs in the area

If i could give 100 stars to this hotel, i would. We enjoyed every moment there. The staff was super friendly and polite. We felt like we are not staying at a hotel but our own place. It’s on the most convenient location for visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest park. Every room from glass house to little rainbow houses were really unique. During our stay, host helped us with transfer to National Park and planing our visit and days. Breakfast was homemade and really delicious. To sum up, our stay was perfect and we will definitely come back here! ❤️☀️😍

Great place to stay if you are visiting Zhangjiajie Park. A bit far from the entrance of the park but you can take the bus or a taxi. Many stores and restaurants arround it. The room was very clean, nice, and was organized every day. They provided water, towels, sleepers and toiletries. The pool was great for a bit of relax after a day of walking arround. Breakfast was mainly chinese food. Service was very good, always willing to help getting arround town, and also upgraded my room for free. The hotel also had a free washing machine to use and a place to hang clothes to dry.

This hotel is absolutely spectacular, the interior is breathtaking and the views from the rooms are absolutely amazing! What I thoroughly enjoyed about staying at this hotel was the helpfulness of the staff. We worked with Andy who went above and beyond the call of duty, he helped with everything, from recommendations to bookings, he'd always check up and make sure everything was good. I've never been at a hotel with such amazing staff! I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Zhangjiajie. It's close to the National Forest Park and there's no need to worry about getting around as there's always someone to help with anything you may need! Thank you to Andy once again for making our stay so much more easier and memorable!

This hotel was OK as far as amenities but I gave it 2 stars because many things in the room were broken.  Only the handheld shower head turned on, not the overhead rain shower. The shower leaked water into the toilet area, the light on the vanity mirror was broken. Most annoyingly, the air conditioner only turned down to about 24.5° and would not go lower. We were so hot at night trying to sleep. Other than those things the room was quite comfortable, especially the bed. Staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was OK.  If you are looking for the western options at the buffet, they had fried eggs, bacon, sausage/hot dogs, fresh fruit, cheap coffee, and sliced bread. The Chinese breakfast options were plentiful.
