Attentive service and high cost performance. Since we are a family of four living together, we needed an extra quilt and two sets of toiletries, which were quickly met. The location of the hotel is very good, only two kilometers away from the Wujiayu Sign Gate. You can see the beautiful scenery of Wulingyuan from the hotel. The only drawback is that there is no heater in the bathroom, so it is quite cold to take a shower in winter. In addition, children above 1.2 meters need to pay 30 yuan for breakfast, which will affect the experience. But the faults do not hide the advantages, overall it is quite good.

The location of the hotel is very good because it is near the entrance of the National Forest Park, near many restaurants and shops, near the bus stop for you to ride bus if you want to explore within the Wulingyuan area. The service is very good because the hotel staffs are very accomodating and responsive. The buffet breakfast is very good because all the foods are tasty and healthy, the restaurant has a nice ambience and nice staffs. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good because it was kept everyday. The amenities are very good because even if the hotel is big, they have many elevators that you can use that will take you to the outside level without passing or using the main elevator at the reception area inside. The room has all the things you need during the stay, with free bottles of water everyday. It is a plus having so many power outlets, an automatic curtain, an aircon that you can adjust yourself, big desk, lights with many lighting options, automatic toilet light sensor, and nice colorful street view specially at night.

Great location, about 1km from the east gate of Wulingyuan scenic area. Many restaurants just steps away. There’s a theatre next to the hotel, was able to book a performance, definitely worth it. Hotel has beautiful pool area, unfortunately too cold to use, would be amazing in the summer. Breakfast was plentiful, standard western and Chinese choices. The furniture and decor is kind of traditional and old style, but well maintained. The only negative is that there are carpets in the rooms, inevitably with small stains, overall, I would recommend the hotel, best in this area.

Ticks all the boxes of an elegant resort hotel. Enough staff who understand English for communication at any time to not be a pain. Services were excellent. A special shout out to Ms. Pan for going out of her way to help us with our train ticket problem. Our room was spacious and luxurious; bed, linen, toiletries were premium quality. Breakfast had everybody covered. The hotel, next door up from the busier Pullman hotel is in the most scenic area of Wulingyan. There is a night market and an enclave of restaurants nearby yet oddly the area remains calm and very walkable. The hotel is about 7 to 10 rmb ( less than $2) from most places in town an 40 rmb from the fast train station. We did not use anybody's travel services as it was not difficult to get around. Locals call this hotel ”nabally;” neodalle” will get you a blank stare. Show them the hotel's business card and you'll be fine. All in all I'd choose to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It is well worth a 40% premium over Pullman.

Just 15 m from Wulingyuan bus station and 7 minutes walk to National Park entrance. An excellent choice if visiting Zhangjiajie attractions.

The service is also very thoughtful. The only downside is that the hair dryer is regularly blowing for a while. It will be gone. I have to wait for a while to continue to blow my long hair.

These are the top two hotels I have stayed in including B&Bs! The environment is very good, very clean, and the service is also very good. The child accidentally broke the water glass. I told the boss that we can pay for it, but the boss didn’t use it and we will pay for it! The bathroom is also very clean, and the sheets and quilt covers are very clean! As soon as the old man arrived, he said that his home was very nice and he was satisfied! I didn’t have enough accommodation. The original plan was to go to Nanmen to stay for one day. Then I took a taxi back and forth to Nanmen and stayed here. Next time I go, I will definitely book with him!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and she responded to my requests patiently. She also helped explain the route. Must order I like it, the room is clean and comfortable, the lighting in the room is good, and it is also very quiet. This hotel has free parking spaces. I will come again next time I come to Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. It is worth recommending

The hotel is very close to Wulingyuan and can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean and tidy. We stayed for three nights and we went out every morning. Perfect location and comfortable. The hotel is a cute little place which, from outside looks very small but inside - the rooms are great and spacious. I had a little hiccup when I arrived and I had to do a covid test (the local government changed the rules last minute… no surprises there) so I had to stay in a different hotel and get a test downtown. The hotel manager let me upgrade my room for free because of the inconvenience which I thought was nice, she was also extremely helpful with planning sightseeing and was always answering my questions on WeChat! As a foreigner this is vital for a good trip I think! The hotel is situated on a small street which has plenty to offer, only a 10min walk away is the East entrance to the National Park which was the main reason why I was there. What a fantastic experience! There are plenty of local eateries and shops nearby and if you walk a little further there are bigger chain restaurants and stores. I even found a good gym. Taxis are 6 RMB base rate everywhere around the area which is ideal! If you want to travel to Tianmen Mountain - then there is a bus station which is a 2min walk from the hotel and you can get there for 13 RMB and it will take 1 hour. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends! Great value for money.

When we came here, my mother was severely acclimatized and decided to go to the hospital for water treatment. Yes, every day when I go back, the landlady and the boss care about me for a long time (maybe I feel a little socially intimidated|･ω･｀), but they are really enthusiastic! ! ! ! Super nice people! ) When we went to Forest Park the next day, the boss also explained the route and gave us a map, which he printed himself, which was really considerate. When I left, the lady boss even gave me specialty berry tea! ! ! ! 2. Environment: Very clean, cleaned every day, the room is large, and there is an elevator! ! ! Super praise! It is very suitable for friends who have difficulty climbing stairs when carrying suitcases. New mineral water is added every day, and all facilities are in place. 3. Transportation: It's very convenient. It's the closest to the sign gate, about a few kilometers from one o'clock. There are buses about 300 meters away to the Forest Park. It's also very convenient to take a taxi. The starting price is good. There are a lot of food in the street downstairs. It's very convenient. Zhangjiajie Eternal Love 3.5 You can also walk for about 10 kilometers. The hotel rooms are large and spacious, and the park is designed with a great water system and many green plants. It is recommended that those who come to Zhangjiajie can stay here for two days. The air is good. It is also very close to the bus station. Turn left when you go out. It is about 300 to 400 meters from the bus station and goes directly to the entrance of Zhangjiajie West Station. The journey takes about 26 minutes. Each person is ¥ 13 Extremely convenient.

Has hot water for shower ❤️ Super convenient location , literally next to Wulingyuan bus station and 1 km to Wulingyuan East Gate., can walk everywhere. Can't praise enough how great service are. You just have to be there and the hotel can plan the recommended scenic route , what to do , where to go. They can even buy discounted park ticket for you.
