房間大，設施好，有私人庭院，有泳池，餐廳景觀沒的説。早餐也豐富，味道不錯，是高檔酒店的範兒。服務還需加強。

前台的郭浩和 MARK 服務態度非常的好，這個新酒店已經住了兩次了，每次進酒店都會熱情的歡迎，還會幫忙把行李拿到房間裏，感謝前台的郭浩和 MARK，因為事情稍微耽擱了一下（≖_≖✌️）還是給稍微延期了一會，很感謝！下次還來٩（๑^o^๑）۶

這次帶南方朋友來崇禮滑雪，選了奧克伍德，酒店很新裝修風格也很喜歡，體驗超棒！
酒店位置裏高鐵站、雲頂滑雪場、太舞滑雪場非常近，有接駁車，出行便利。大堂敞亮有格調，前台徐小霞，段永強，榮曉霞服務熱忱貼心，這幾天不好打車，酒店前台都貼心的幫忙預訂，從入住到退房，高效周到，有求必應。
房間整潔舒適，床鋪鬆軟，布草潔凈無異味，衞浴設施嶄新好用，熱水充足。餐飲多元，自助早餐豐盛美味，當地特色佳餚地道。

酒店環境很好，住的舒適，但是早餐不知道住這天為什麼沒有熱菜，以前應該是有點吧，甜點什麼的也沒有，就有點小麪包，這對於五星的水準來説確實單一了點

我最近在這家滑雪酒店度過了一個非常難忘的假期！酒店的位置非常優越，就在滑雪場的旁邊，走幾步就能上雪道，非常方便。房間寬敞舒適，裝修現代又温馨，窗外還能看到壯麗的雪山景色。酒店的服務也非常周到，尤其前台接待段永強，以及餐廳服務人員都非常友好且專業。早餐選擇豐富，能滿足滑雪前的能量需求。滑雪裝備租賃和儲存服務也非常便捷，為我們省去了很多麻煩。
