Hotels Near Region of Rivers and Lakes in Southern Fuji in Zhangzhou

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to where we planned to visit on daily basis. The lobby is nice and bathroom is nice with new/clean towels and renovated with marble stone. The room has enough space but tv set could have been bigger in contrast to the wall space. The Chinese breakfast buffet is bountiful with a few daily local flavors. The room service staff are friendly but probably need more professional training. Although it is advertised as smoke free for some rooms, all rooms are not smoke free. At checkout, the receptionist was very receptive with my feedback. Hope there will be some improvements in the near future and we will stay in this hotel again on our next trip.

The hotel is in the ancient town, with convenient transportation nearby and all kinds of snacks within 200 meters of the hotel. The hotel front desk girl is very enthusiastic. Because the hotel is in the ancient town, the car is parked in a parking lot outside each other. Navigate to the parking lot and the hotel staff will pick it up. The parking spot is outsourced, with a 24-hour cap of 15 yuan, and the car cannot be driven into the ancient town. The room is very clean, the furniture is smart, and it is also very warm. There is a bar-style store near the hotel, so you can still hear the noise outside downstairs after 12 o'clock in the evening. Zhangzhou's lifestyle is very slow and comfortable~

The hotel is in a very good location. You can reach the ancient city by walking two intersections, but it is not close to the road. The environment is quiet. There is a parking space at the door of the hotel, and there is a dedicated person to take care of it. The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is large enough, and the service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. She took the initiative to upgrade the room. What I didn't expect was that the boss lady sent a midnight snack to each room at night, which was a local snack, glutinous rice cake, which was very heartwarming.

Stayed at this hotel for one night and it was really a great travel experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient, at the entrance of the ancient city, very close to the business district. The hotel service is also very thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, every link makes people feel warm and comfortable. The facilities in the room are also very complete, the bedding is comfortable, the TV and network are free. What I am most satisfied with is the hotel's breakfast, which is varied and tastes good. Overall, I was impressed with this hotel and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. I will choose this hotel again next time I come here.

This is my third time in Zhangzhou. I have experienced the Grand Hotel and Crowne Plaza before, so I chose this seemingly renovated hotel for the third time. Let me talk about the pros and cons. Pros: The room and decoration are very new, the basic materials are solid, marble and brand hardware, the location is very good, for tourists, it is within walking distance to the ancient city. Book in advance, the price is also very suitable. Cons: The breakfast is very bad, it is recommended not to choose the price with breakfast, it feels that most of them are pre-made, and they are cheap, there are also a lot of people and no guide, you need to find it yourself, the water pressure is a bit low, the next morning at 7 o'clock, I encountered room decoration or something, I was woken up, and the response speed was not very satisfactory. In summary, according to my personal choice, hardware and location are better than software, I should choose here next time

I recently stayed at the Aike Hotel Zhongshan Branch. The overall feeling is just one word - value! The hotel is in a superior location, just a stone's throw away from the ancient city, and you can walk to the ancient charm. The room is clean and tidy, and the sanitary conditions are first-class, making people feel at ease. The service attitude of the front desk staff is super good, warm and thoughtful, making people feel the warmth of home. In short, this stay experience has doubled my favorability towards the Aike Hotel, and I strongly recommend it to all friends!

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

American traveler. Overall great experience. Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities clean and new. Love that there's a shared washer and dryer with free detergent (I did a lot of laundry while here). Free breakfast is great (if you like Chinese breakfast). Wi-Fi worked great (with VPN). Conveniently located for getting everywhere in Zhangzhou. Cons: Minor stuff. No elevator, so if you're on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage (although they'll try to do it for you). No AC in upstairs common areas. Not much within walking distance in the way of restaurants, but you can get to tons of restaurants within 5 min by taxi or DiDi.

選擇維也納是因為喜歡它的房間都比較大，選擇長泰維也納是因為泉州及周邊都沒房，臨時改道漳州。上網一搜，發現這家新店，雖然離老街略遠，但是自駕遊怕啥。到了後，酒店設施令人滿意，樓下就有新開不久的火鍋店，現切牛肉，稱自己是川味，差點因為店名四川我們就放棄了，但因為太累，決定還是就近去晚餐，結果依舊是潮汕風格的涮牛肉，還恰恰是我們想要的😊酒店早餐也不錯，除了人有點多，畢竟是春節嘛。最值得一提的是酒店服務，離開時我忘了件睡衣，衣服是出門前隨手搭在衞生間曬竿上的。下午返程時，前台連女士聯繫我告訴我衣服的事情，之後和她的同事一起幫忙寄回。衣服到達時我感覺到裏面有硬質材料的東西，打開一看，才發現還一起快遞了一個木質衣架。我能想象這件衣服被發現遺失後，連女士和她的同事是非常温暖的對待了我這件非常普通的睡衣，取件的快遞小哥也沒有怕麻煩，給我一起打包了過來。通過這件事我感受到了漳州風土人情的美好，就是極其熱鬧的老街周邊的停車場三個小時才5塊。繞道漳州市是意外，卻收穫了喜悦💐
