房間不配膠囊咖啡，第一次遇到五星酒店缺少這樣的“標配”。一樓餐廳服務不夠，螃蟹擺在那裡竟然不能吃，還要去申請券，感覺怪怪的。整體還行，軟件服務水平欠缺，跟廣深北上四大城市的五星酒店服務水平還真差別大了即使硬件設施差不多的話。
