我走遍全球，是攜程的最高等級黑鑽貴賓，所以我的評價絕對不會意氣用事。
先説硬件：暖氣完全是假的，像住在冰庫裏一樣，開一晚上早上起來還是十幾度。我網上訂的訂單結果房間冰箱是鎖起來的，打電話和前台溝通要使用冰箱都不開。
再説軟件：抵達的時候，行李很多，機場叫的接機是mpv專車，迎賓不出來接，全是我和司機從車上搬下來的，進了大堂門迎賓假模假樣來拉箱子，這樣的五星級迎賓我真的是第一次見。
以前住過記得前台在七樓，等我們一行人推着箱子上到七樓，才發現前台改到了一樓，我又下一樓去辦入住，為什麼在進門之後不提醒？這是什麼服務？
第二天早晨打電話要水，竟然要收費，真的活久見了，全球第一家要水要收費的五星。
如果不是在奧體中心開會，真的會馬上搬走。
最後寫給鄭地奧體建國飯店的全體員工，你們真的是全世界我住過服務最差的五星，沒有之一，你們可能是鐵飯碗，但是也別侮辱建國飯店這四個字。

為了看演唱會訂了建國飯店，酒店硬件設施很好，就是鄭州可能沒有對吸煙限制，從大堂到客房到處都有人在吸煙，房間煙味很大，無煙房在商務樓層，想要沒煙味就要多花錢升級到商務樓層。
