Check-in process was really ways the desk staff actually spoke good English which surprised me . Room was absolutely tiny bit I can't complain for the price. The location is pretty central and very close to the train station. Biggest issue is that it's quite noisy in the corridors because the room walls are very thin. Although I would still stay in this hotel again depsite that .

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. the service is also very good. located in a strategic area, there are several mini markets under the building. there are several food stalls and from afternoon to evening there is street food too.. the boss is also very friendly and helped me a lot. The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

Excellent location for taking high speed train. 10 minutes walk to the station. Exit from west side of the station and you can see the hotel on the far right. About 20-30 minutes to go to museums and town center. Room is of good size and clean. We found some smell of cigarette and service desk helped to replace pillow promptly. Breakfast choice, however, is limited.

The room facilities are very good. The facilities and equipment are very new. I recently came to Zhengzhou on a business trip. It is very close to Zhengzhou East Station. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and the high-speed rail east station is one stop away. The front desk service is very considerate. The room type was upgraded and breakfast was given. I strongly recommend friends who come to Zhengzhou on business to choose this store. Recommended! There is also Luckin Coffee in the lobby. It is really convenient!
