The house is great, no smell, and it is very warm and the decoration is very high-end. Even the disposable slippers are the kind of hairy slippers. The room is also very large. There are also beautiful paintings on the wall. The key is to provide free Hanfu wear. There are also many delicious foods around the hotel. I will definitely stay here next time.

1: The location of the hotel is very convenient, just next to Exit 2 of the train station. I heard from the front desk staff that there is a subway next to it, which is very convenient. Ms. Song at the front desk was very enthusiastic when checking in. Help introduce interesting places around.
2: The hotel room facilities are very complete. I heard from the front desk that the hotel has just been renovated, and the facilities and equipment are very complete, as well as a laundry room and a gym. 👍

Convenient location near the railway station. In general, the conditions are very good, especially liked the European breakfast with a huge selection of dishes and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool at the morning. It was especially pleasant that fruit was waiting for us in the room, and when we left, we were given a gift from the hotel - a nice figure of the shaolin monk. The only wish is to add an additional set of shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner to the bathroom, because when you take the bathroom, then you want to wash immediately, rather than run to the shower. The staff is polite and speaks English.

The traffic management at the entrance to the hotel is quite bad, there is always a queue. I would expect there to be a staff member downstairs to greet me and help take my suitcase out of the trunk but there was no one . The entrance to the hotel feels quite random and unprofessional. A few more water bottles and coffee pouches in the rooms would be better. It’s frustrating to keep having to call room service to request them. Otherwise a good hotel, iron and ironing board provided in the room

Excellent location for taking high speed train. 10 minutes walk to the station. Exit from west side of the station and you can see the hotel on the far right. About 20-30 minutes to go to museums and town center.
Room is of good size and clean. We found some smell of cigarette and service desk helped to replace pillow promptly. Breakfast choice, however, is limited.

Also, this was one of the best food experiences I have ever had.
The accomodation is situated near the mountain landscape and the nights are quiet and peaceful.
I have gotten a great rest from the big city here.
The hotel runs a restaurant in the first floor, which is quiet famous in the local area (for a good reason it is!).
The dishes were amongst the best I have eaten in the country!
You will enter the hotel through a tea and wineshop with a wonderful a**osphere..
The couple that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and joyful. They gifted me tea and fruits for my further traveling and made me feel welcome during my stay.
If I am ever back in Dengfeng, I will know where to go!

Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and
Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks.
Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice .
Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

Special thanks to the room environment which is also very good, clean and hygienic. The room is ventilated and there is a breakfast buffet. Overall, it's very good. Thank you for your service.

GGuest UserI stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days.
I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions.
I recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to stay at the airport.

The bed is very comfortable, the pillows are just the right height, the mattress is just the right firmness, the curtains have a good shading effect, the room is quiet, the air conditioner is on and the quilt is on, and I sleep super deeply. After I washed my clothes, the waiter helped me to dry them in a sunny place, and the front desk borrowed two umbrellas to shade me. The point is that it is very cheap, and it can only be said to be great value.

Highly recommended if you're going to travel to Zhengzhou and looking for a place to stay. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌
What I didn't expect?
1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees
2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free
3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm)
4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China)
5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations
6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit )
7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more....
I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today.
I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌
