當班的兩個服務員都是新手，估計文化水平也有限，看起來也不太懂電腦，找了半天都找不到我們的預訂訊息。酒店深夜供氧機不工作了，問前台也沒什麼辦法

比較差的酒店，位置很偏，在鎮子最外面，吃飯走路很遠！冷，沒有暖氣，最糟糕的是沒有熱水，早上刷牙水冰得牙疼，前台一位藏族小夥子態度也不太好，也是冷冰冰！硬件設施差一點可以理解，但冷冰冰是受不了的！

酒店位置還是不錯的，設施也還可以，最大的問題是凌晨一、兩點停止供氧，找前台又會給你供上。不知道為什麼要這麼折騰。氧氣很貴嗎？
