在沙漠可以洗上熱水澡是一件超級開心的事，感覺根本不用出去，在酒店挖了三天的沙子，小孩開心，大人省勁，準備每年來一次

酒店意外驚喜，附加活動很多，餐廳食物也很棒，我們入住的比較晚，參加了星空分享會，很棒的體驗，房間都配套有小朋友的拖鞋，小馬桶，小牙刷，感覺很適合親子游過來住

服務態度比較一般。帶小朋友可以。一整天玩沙子。付費看星空的望遠鏡項目千萬別去。就是個坑 680 看起來比你手機相機放大看還差

第一次來這個網紅酒店，整體非常滿意。
從辦理入住服務到擺渡車都非常好，特別是擺渡車薛晶晶（應該是這個名字，我記得介紹是甘肅嫁過來的）的服務非常好，給我們介紹非常耐心，詳細。
出行前認為酒店的定位肯定是以依附沙漠天然環境為賣點，會忽略其他方面考慮，但通過體驗，確實酒店不衹是外表華麗！比如晚餐是超過我預期的，火鍋很贊，食材新鮮和美味，如果再多一些無糖的飲料供選擇那更好了。
參加了酒店的室外觀星活動，觀星的地方還有可以靠躺的的地方，真是太讚了，提現了酒店非常重視顧客體驗。
服務方面，絕大多數都很友好和熱情，但是確實還會有個別服務人員略顯冷淡。
我和朋友對這次入住非常滿意。

十月中旬入住酒店，相對來説算是淡季。整體來説是符合預期的，但也想説幾個不足之處。
服務上確實可以做到更好。這個價格應該是可以提供管家服務的，其實也就是加個服務人員的微信，有什麼事方便問一下，而不是什麼事都需要撥打客服電話詢問。
入住期間有劇組錄製綜藝節目，導致沙坡頭沙漠景區和黃河景區各停業半天（對外宣稱是設備檢修），給遊客和住店的客人帶來不便。特別是劇組大量的工作人員和車輛進去到酒店公共區域，給住客帶來很多不便，也存在安全隱患。
還有就是不知道為什麼餐廳的小火鍋沒有辣鍋，問了工作人員衹有白湯鍋底。然後有幾衹蒼蠅在食物上到處飛，工作人員也沒有主動處理。
