The room design is reasonable, very warm, the customer service attitude is very good, the room facilities are new, very clean, comfortable to live in, the breakfast has many styles, tastes good, parking is convenient, and it is very close to the Putuo Mountain Scenic Area, so it is very convenient to visit! highly recommended!

Good location, no beach, but at least with a car easy to go to nice beaches in short time. Otherwise in the middle of lots of restaurants, outlets and entertainment Cleanliness: Well.... 4-5 stars for the a bit old but well maintained (and for kids lovely decorated) room. 1-2 stars for the restaurant with sticky floor, sticky tables and for 2nd floor lobby toilet max. 1 star. Main issue and absolutely not Hilton standard: the breakfast. Neither Chinese (my wife is Chinese and tried it) nor western food meet any Hilton standards. No fresh fruit juice, old and dirty coffee machines. The staff was very helpful though and tried to soften the obvious issues. Which leds to the conclusion: this hotel seems to have a severe management problem. I would rather not choose it again. Especially as it was way too expensive. We paid 1700+ RMB per night (2 adults, one kid) including said breakfast.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel's considerate service and complete facilities. Access is also more convenient. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the lady at the front desk even gave an extra breakfast. Before leaving, there is a souvenir, which is really nice.

Going out is the first choice for the whole season, the health service is good, the price is right, the king of cost performance. This time I stayed for 2 days and upgraded the sea view room. Although the sea view here is the same, the hotel's heart is also suitable for the location here. It is close to the half-liter hole pier. It is convenient to go to Putuo Mountain. The surrounding Shenjiamen Old Town, eat and stroll, although Zhujiajian's whole season is also on the edge of the pier. But for those of us who like to visit the vegetable market and feel the local atmosphere, we still prefer to live in Shenjiamen.

We stayed for so many nights during the Chinese New Year. Isn’t it worth arranging a better room? ! There is really a gap between the price of 1680 and such service. We are also regular guests. We booked this hotel again because it was a comfortable stay. Unexpectedly, the experience this time was not satisfactory. The hotel has a good location and environment. Can the service keep up? The attitude of the front desk lady was undeniable and unforgettable. Also, the shower base in the shower room only reaches to the chest level, so I don’t know how to take a shower. Other facilities are okay. Maybe the hotel is understaffed during the New Year and the service can't keep up.

Especially on the second night of staying on March 19, the lady who charged for the buffet at night had a cold attitude, spoke stiffly, and paid the bill as if she owed money. I thought I was unhappy at dinner yesterday, maybe because I didn't understand the rules of the hotel, so I came early today and queued up. As a result, I came down excitedly again. When paying the bill, how should I put it, the warm words and cold words really sounded very different. During the buffet on 3-19, the oysters did not limit how many oysters one person can take. The environment of the whole resort is very good, quite high-end, very quiet, very suitable for bringing children to play, there are many entertainment and sports facilities inside, you can stay for a few more days during the summer vacation if you have time. It takes about ten minutes to go to Dongsha to watch the sunrise in the morning, and five or six minutes to drive to Nansha, because I can only visit other attractions for one day, and the facilities in Zhujiajian are much more mature than other small islands in Zhoushan.
