This direct Hilton hotel was my final choice after comparing several high-end hotels in the surrounding area. When I arrived at the hotel entrance, there were service guides guiding me to the parking lot. The nicest thing was that I forgot to bring my ID card when I checked in. The letter from the hotel front desk was like a little sister. They also provided clear instructions for Guangdong Province to scan my face and export my ID card information to help me check in quickly. I was very happy and even upgraded me to a king bed room with a sea view. The room facilities are very new and large. There is also a small round table for working and a couch for sleeping. The space is very large. The five-star breakfast configuration can meet the needs of combining Chinese and Western. The waiters are very enthusiastic and help grind coffee and prepare lemonade. There are many window seats facing the bay, which is very relaxing. Next time I go to Zhuhai, I will still choose Zhuhai Hilton, and I will still find girls like Xinru! [ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp]

Highly recommend this hotel to international or domestic people who came to ZhuHai for vacation and touring the bordering cities (Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai). It is very inexpensive and yet the service and facility is all 5 star level quality. We had a great time staying 3 nights at this hotel. The bed is so comfortable (they allow change of pillow too). The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a great variety of food to choose from. The staff are all very friendly. We loved everything about this hotel. =)

The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !

The front desk staff were warm and considerate. The room type I booked was not available at the time, so they upgraded me to a room type. There was freshly ground coffee for breakfast. I don’t know where it is next to the hotel. The rumbling cars were noisy all night, and the hotel toiletries were all there. Herborist brand, the housekeeper seems not to be responsible, the indoor hygiene is not good, garbage remains on the floor, the hand sanitizer bottle is empty, can't be squeezed out at all, and I don't know how to refill it. It seems that the overall management of the housekeeping department is very lacking. The air in the room is not good. The smell of old furniture is mixed with the smell of cigarette smoke and other strong smells caused by crowds of people. The small red dot on the ceiling flashed all night. I don’t know what kind of detection it is. The whole house is intelligently controlled. Xiaoyi’s voice is very diligent. The facilities are quite good, please manage them well.

The hotel is close to Wan Chai Pier. Because I participated in the cruise around the island at night, I booked a twin room for this hotel for one night. The window of the room is a residential area. It is quiet and large enough. Two 1.2m beds are very comfortable to sleep. The hotel sent breakfast coupons for free. The buffet breakfast variety has porridge, buns, Eggs, vegetarian dishes, sliced bread and rice noodles, not many drinks, no soy milk coffee, although the variety is not complete, but there is no problem with eating, thank you very much, the only downside is that the bath water is not hot enough, the shower room is not fast enough, because we stayed for one night and didn't ask the hotel if it was possible To improve it, it was a good experience.

The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and caring, helping to adjust the most suitable room type. The check-in experience was great. Before leaving, I was worried that the water we brought was not enough to drink, but also sent two extra bottles of water. It was too caring! There are small streets around the hotel for food and drink, affordable and convenient. The nearby areas are very clean. You can see the Grand Lisboa Hotel in Macau, which is just one block away from the river. The scenery is beautiful and it is worth visiting! It's a pity that the journey was so hurried that I didn't have the opportunity to stay for a few more days. I hope that I will have another chance to travel to the hotel in the future. I strongly requested the boss to add chicken legs to the front desk. At this very welcoming Atour Hotel in Zhuhai, the whole check-in process was pleasant and reassuring. There is a free parking lot outside the hotel. Secondly, the layout of the lobby that comes into view is very high-end. Check-in was very quick, no need to wait. There is also warm black tea to drink, all facilities are complete, and the hygiene is even more meticulous. The lady at the front desk, Maomao, also answered all questions. It was a very satisfying stay. Highly recommended! ! !

There are 6 of us girls living here and we are very satisfied👍 The hotel's location was told to me the day before, so we didn't have to search around.
