Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

It is bright and transparent, and children can play ”in the sky and on the ground” Environment: The parent-child room looks like a cartoon when it comes out, with a group of cute little yellow ducks, so cute Service: Special praise for the hotel's front desk staff and all levels of staff. They enthusiastically respond to and solve problems when encountering them. They greet guests warmly when they meet them. This was a perfect stay! The mattress is also very comfortable, so adults can sleep comfortably and children can play happily. This is a great choice for a family trip. There is also a children's playground on the 6th floor.

帶孩子出來玩寶貝很喜歡這個企鵝元素，房間是上下鋪，上鋪這個很放心不用擔心寶寶摔下來，還有小度智能音箱，還特別的配置了寶寶的洗漱用品很驚喜很細心，酒店位置交通也很方便不需要過多的等待，離珠海站和拱北口岸都非常近，走路十五分鐘樣子就能到，管家也是非常的貼心負責，客房的姐姐送物也很及時，非常棒的體驗，推薦推薦！！下次還會來住

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !

The location is very good, 3 mins walk to Gongbei Port, lots of eating places near the restaurant. The room itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and modern. Staff are friendly in general, but I have to say the hospitality is something that can be worked on a bit for this hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels in the area, I was indeed a bit taken aback by the less-than-warming hospitality here. Breakfast buffet is certainly satisfying with its variety and taste.

The room was nice. We were upgraded to a luxurious king-size bed. Breakfast was purchased separately for 30/person. There was not much variety, but it was enough to fill us up. The room is clean and tidy, and hot water is available in seconds. There are various restaurants downstairs. We arrived at 8 o'clock and after checking in, we went to eat the Tangchao Pork Belly Chicken downstairs, which was quite affordable. There was a chive smell in room 1308 that wouldn't go away no matter what. It felt like a sewer smell.

The hotel is located in an alley, opposite Lingnan Community. For the first time, I thought it was Guowei Central Plaza, but it was actually diagonally opposite! 老闆人特別好，十一點就到樓下了，給老闆打電話想辦理入住（下午兩點才能辦理入住的），但是滿房了還沒有客人退房，在樓下等了一會兒，老闆有房了立馬打電話過來讓我們辦理入住了，房間挺乾淨的，也很寬敞，位置也很合適，我們午休後去附近的燒烤店吃了好吃的（小紅書推薦的），晚上去了夏灣夜市的燊記食店（也是小紅書推薦的），這些地方離酒店都不遠，騎個共享單車就到了～都挺滿意的，嘿嘿

The price/performance ratio is super high. I didn't expect the room to be so big, and the sanitation is really good, clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly. The hotel is very close to Gongbei Customs, which is very convenient if you travel to Macau on your own. The hotel should be in the city center, with a good location and convenient parking. The breakfast in the morning is rich and delicious. The hotel used to be a long-established hotel, but now the equipment is a bit old. The 27th floor where I stayed was nice, and I could see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Manager Zhong has a very good service attitude! The hotel I stayed in early in the morning just leaked in the lobby. The staff may have gone to the inspection room and didn't notice that there are guests in the lobby downstairs? The lobby waited for about 40 minutes for the little brother to come down to deal with other things. It happened to be raining again and it was very embarrassing. A lot of people next to it don't know if it is a staff or what to do. I don't know who to look for. Later, I called Ctrip's customer service butler and dealt with it quickly. I really praise it! The room downstairs is not bad and clean, better than expected. It is work efficiency and service that needs to be improved!

如果平台有十顆星我必給十顆，原本珠海定了房但是當時高速堵車太嚴重下不來，我們臨時休整了一天另外訂的這家，萬萬沒想到從前期溝通路線，免費升級到後面續住都讓我體會到了人在外地，心在一起的温暖 酒店超級乾淨，所有設施都不敷衍 都很講究，大到裝潢小到洗護用品都讓我大吃一驚，關鍵是價格還如此公道，我們連住了三天，這次出行我還帶了人小狗子，我家狗平時很乖，可能因為環境不熟悉有點叫喚，我們白天出去玩，服務員百忙之中還幫我們照顧了一下，讓我們完全沒有後顧之憂。周邊吃飯逛街過關閘都極度方便，總之是一家物超超超超所值的店，推薦所有朋友來住！

The room is quite big as a whole, the height is quite high, the room on the second floor has air conditioning, and there is a door, overall privacy is not bad. The sofa bed is also quite good.
