房間沒有取暖的東西。衞生間下水直接太糟糕，洗個澡，水流到外面房間來了。一晚上地板就是濕的。沒有地巾，沒有防滑墊。以後去，再也不會入住。

一定不要來住，太冷了，沒有空調，沒有地暖（這是10幾天旅遊最差的一次住宿）甲醛味道很重，本來想開窗户，冷得逼着關窗户吸味道，網絡也差，打電話要被子，也沒有，全身冰冷，一定不要在這住，夏天來估計甲醛味道更重

房間都挺好的，乾淨衞生，大小也合適。就是停車可能有點困難，沒有停車場。2樓的火鍋超級好吃，是我在自駕甘南最好吃的一家，早餐有點太簡單。

酒店很乾凈，環境非常的好，早餐也非常棒，保安大叔非常熱心，晚上睡了一個好覺，特別要感謝的是酒店工作人員，第二天離店後，發現背包落在酒店餐廳了後，酒店工作人員非常熱心和有賴心的去二樓餐廳幫我找到了背包，又幫我找到快遞郵遞了我的背包到家了，在這特別感謝洛克灣國際酒店的工作人員，服務特別好，大家選擇洛克灣大酒店沒錯的👍👍
