性價比可以，地方也好找，美中不足的就是沒有電梯，對拿行李箱不太方便，隔音非常不好，外面走路説話都可以聽到

來郴州旅遊選擇一半民宿，地理位置很不錯。距離東江湖景區很近，樓下吃的也很多，對面就是市集，夏天的水果不要太棒～
民宿每間房間都各有特色，雖然是自助入住但是服務不錯有求必應，很熱情。而且會添加微信發送遊玩攻略，很貼心～

店家服務態度好，還提前幫忙開好冷氣了，這個小細節點贊。民宿在街上，停車方便，整體改造風格好，適合情侶入住，比較有情調。洗手間沖涼位置建議裝玻璃隔水，這樣不會弄得整個洗手間都是濕的，其他細節還是特別棒～
