This place is undoubtedly extremely interesting due to its unique architecture, creativity of the designers and the scale in which many parts of the hotel were created. The style is industrial, modern, and often surprising. The rooms are rather large, and in my opinion also interesting, but the bathrooms, from the quality point of view, are quite simple and austere, without any special finesse. The hotel is new (1 year in 2021), so simplicity and austerity do not hurt yet, because everything smells of paint. It is difficult to say how this average quality bathroom will perform in a few years. The weakest element of this place is definitely the culinary offer, which is simply poor in terms of both the offer and the service. I don't know what's worse, but both aspects are terrible. There are theoretically two restaurants, but this is fiction, because the menu in both is identical for lunch and dinner. This means that even if you go away for the weekend, you'll end up eating the same thing. The service takes quite a long time and some of the dishes are of low quality. Everyone in the hotel industry knows that everyone judges a hotel by the quality of its breakfast. This was the worst. We didn't manage to eat anything warm twice. The breakfast staff was rude and refused to prepare warm eggs or an omelette at my request. I don't remember when this happened to me in a hotel. I asked to speak to the manager of the restaurant, who dismissed me and then the chef to ask what the problem was in preparing an omelette. I heard that they are unable to fulfill customer requests because there are too many of them. I said that I was the only one asking, so if a customer asks, maybe it's worth answering him positively, so the chef replied "taxi drivers have customers and we have guests", which blew me away. I was talking to the wall, they said they just wouldn't make an omelette and 2 fried eggs. I spent over PLN 2.5K in the hotel for 2 days of stay and I did not receive a hot breakfast. SPA - I used the treatment. The brand is provided by Dr Irena Eris, which is encouraging. My massage was professional and well done. A nice and professional specialist, beyond dispute. The weak point is the poor soundproofing of the offices, where you can hear everything that is happening at the reception. Unfortunately, this disturbs the relaxation of the treatment. Personally, I asked for attention to be paid to silence children talking to their parents in the SPA reception hall, because after 10 minutes of talking, it was simply not nice. To sum up, it's a nice place architecturally, but it lacks quality, because the restaurant service kills the whole effect. The bars are ok, the people are nice, the drinks are good. These people are trying. The hotel is ok for a short trip for organized groups (trainings, weddings, stag parties, but not for demanding guests who want to be treated seriously and with respect and are looking for quality. I probably won't go back there with my family because I don't want to be treated like that. Just for once stay, I still think it's worth going. Don't expect too much that you'll want to come back, because there are plenty of places in Poland where customers are treated with greater culture, understanding and care.
