It is a modern and fine hotel, but there are some details that are not so good. The room was a bit small, the live TV was annoing (every time I wanted to watch TV, it took a long time to boot up because we need to go through a lot of menus first), the sanitary vasel was small and tall (not very comfortable), and the tap of the shower was difficult to open when your hands were soapy (as it was round and your hand slipped). The breakfast was fine, but natural orange juice was missing.

Hotel utilizzato principalmente per viaggi di lavoro ma decisamente comodo, confortevole e ben strutturato. Peccato per l'orario della piscina, che soprattutto d'estate dovrebbe consentire agli ospiti di accedervi almeno fino alle 21.00

Hotel ist sehr sauber. Frühstückservice ist etwas deprimiert, dass Buffet ist hervorragend. Reception ist durchschnitt. Entsorgungswagen um 0.30 Uhr ist störend.

Worst treatment in a hotel ever. The online booking system switched a date of my booking to a week in the past. They charged me that night anyway because “once it’s in the system, we can’t change it anymore and we charge you automatically”. I tried to explain what happened but they didn’t want to listen. The staff is not friendly but rude. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the lady that checked out right before me had the same complaint. The breakfast was poor, at 9 am no more eggs available.Bad hote Avoid this hotel, they don’t know what ‘customer service means’

Hotel bellissimo, pulito, stanze perfette con letto comodissimo. Ristorante eccellente. Spa bellissima per un paio di ore di relax . Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Siamo arrivati all 1 il custode simpatico, ma durante la notte fonda ci siamo accorte che uno dei cuscini era ammuffito abbiamo chiamato la reception ma senza ricevere risposta il cuscino di riserva era inutilizzabile perché incastrato dentro la sua sacca, al momento della colazione abbiamo trovato degli yogurt scaduti, affettati verdi e farfalline nei cereali…. Durante la colazione abbiamo riferito L accaduto e la governante è andata a controllare la situazione in camera ma soprattutto la puzza che emanava il cuscino, ma quando è tornata ci ha detto che non c era alcuna puzza così siamo salite noi a controllare e ci siamo accorte che avevano sostituito il vecchio cuscino con uno profumato dandoci delle bugiarde… Le receptionist erano indisponenti e continuavano a negare l evidenza prendere provvedimenti
