Because it is a suite, the area of the hotel is the largest among all the rooms in Switzerland for 8 days. I live in the suite 4e in the residential area. It is very quiet and clean. The room hardware is very particular and the details are good. Very close to Lake Zurich, 3 minutes walk to the lake. Toiletries are L’Occitane single, non-alcoholic beverages in the mini bar are free, and breakfast is the most abundant in the Swiss itinerary, but from a Chinese perspective, there are still very few varieties. The surrounding area is not far from the tram and railway station, it is convenient to travel, there are many places to eat around, there is no shopping and small supermarket. The service is very caring, the waiter will chat with you, ask what you need, and explain very carefully. The kettle needs to be requested by the front desk, the toilet and shower space in the room is relatively small, the room is a bit old, it is well maintained, and most people can accept it.

It seems clear to me that the quality of customer service in travel has greatly deteriorated in the last three years. I understand that service providers have trouble finding and retaining people and the ones they have often don’t seem to take pride in their work. Sadly, I’ve come to accept this as the “new normal.” Which is why our recent three-night stay at the Park Hyatt in Zurich was such a welcome surprise. Not only was our room clean and comfortable but the service we received, from start to finish, was efficient and personal. Just a few examples: We had a flight delay and airport transfer difficulty arriving to Zurich and did not get to the hotel until after 1:00. The gentleman working the front desk who checked us in, got us waters, helped with our bags and personally escorted us to our rooms. He was also working the next night when we returned to the hotel after dinner. He spotted us coming through the lobby and literally ran over from the front desk, greeted us by name and asked if our room was acceptable and if there was anything he could do for us. The housekeeping staff are a bunch of ninjas. You never saw their carts in the hall but we’d leave in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon the room was made up. Perfectly. We’d leave for dinner and when we returned the room was turned down. Perfectly. We had drinks the first night at the Onyx Bar. When we returned the next night, the bartender remembered both our names and our drinks. We interacted on several occasions with the daytime concierge. I wish I remembered his name. It wasn’t just that he was knowledgeable about Zurich and responded immediately to our requests. He acted like speaking to us was the absolute highlight of his day. I know these are all little things but they added up to a wonderful stay. Plus, the hotel couldn’t be more conveniently located. Staying at the Park was a luxury item for us but, let’s face it, traveling anywhere in Switzerland is a luxury item. I would return to the Park for their level of personal service in a minute.

Great and easy check in. Watt and Derrick were very helpful with the check in and info about Zurich. Loved the complimentary drinks at check in. Compact room but very modern with cool amenities. Loved the big and soft towels. Found the hidden hair dryer in a cute pouch. Water pressure in the shower was just right. They also stored our luggage for an extra day. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with great views and nice rooms. The reception staff are excellent. It is a shame though that the restaurant staff are a bit inflexible in a Swiss kind of way. There is a mix of customer service. If you deal with the normal staff there’s an ‘attitude’ like ‘we are doing you a favour being here’ After Covid-19 when the hospitality industry was shut down it surprises me that there is no consideration for customers who are staying at the hotel. The mood changes when the maitre’d comes out and deals with people at the entrance. It is smooth, no attitude. There is a problem in Switzerland with the standard of customer service. Maybe it needs Gordon Ramsay to visit to give your people a massive boot up the bum. Either take the comments below on-board. Or just stick with what you’ve always done.

Location is quiet, walk to the station for a few minutes, the room is very small, only suitable for one person, originally this room is only suitable for one person, 1.5 bed, a pillow, no toothbrush, can be a good place for breakfast, there is There is a full range of salmon and fruits. With the stay in a 6-bed dorm room being just an ordinary experience, the best about this place in my opinion are outside the room and specifically the ”wide corridors” nicely spacious to walk around & the ”huge lounge” downstairs with plenty of work-spaces (big tables & chairs all around). And yes, also pretty ”nice & filling” was its buffet-styled breakfast with really a variety of items (actually food available throughout the day with lunch & dinner as well but which you have to pay for unlike the breakfast included with the stay). If coming here from the Zurich Central (HB) Station, there's the train first to Hardbrucke (just one station from HB) followed by the bus to Jugendherberge (about a 15-minute ride and getting off at the station just before its last stop of Morgental). And if going downtown from here to the area with the city's ”main churches” (Fraumunster, Grossmunster & St. Peter's), there's a tram at just about a 5-minute walk ”straight from” the front entrance (and likely at a frequent interval).

Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

Accueil excellent,petit déjeuner très bien ,20 mn a pieds du letzigrund stadium.Parking gratuit si arrivée dans la bonne tranche horaire.Voila le positif Chambre petite ,rien de grave en soi.Salle d'eau minuscule ,pas pratique rien de grave . Par contre pas de climatisation,on peut comprendre que seuls 15 jours soient considérés comme moments de canicule a Zürich, désolé mais vu l'évolution du climat ,cet argument ne tient plus. la literie est pour le moins de bas de gamme ,matelas mou au pas possible. Le calme a l'intérieur de l'établis*****t est normale sauf qu'à partir de 5 heures du matin les divers services de la collectivité de Zürich sont en action. Entre les trams,les bus et surtout les balayeuses hydrostatiques mis en action par la collectivité, difficile de continuer à dormir passé 5 heures du matin. Oui ,je suis très critique ,mais a 200 balles la nuit on peut espérer mieux Chambre tres

The apartment was lovely we had a studio, every single item in the kitchen looked like it had never been used, it was immaculate and had everything you needed to cook a small dinner for two. The bed was really comfortable with an assortment of pillows and the bathroom had a really big comfortable bath. Overall really pleased with the quality. The area was brilliant you could walk into Zurich or get a bus, tram or train from directly outside the hotel. There was also a Starbucks and supermarkets with pretty much anything you needed. Oh and reception smells really nice (they are scented)

The location is very good, it is close to the city center, and there is a public tram stop nearby.  But we are self-driving tours. There is no paid large public parking lot. The so-called parking lots shown on the mobile phone map are private or supermarkets. In short, he will not give you parking as soon as the supermarket closes. Payment is not paid or paid. But there is also a way to find the  white ground line  meter ． on the street can be parked for free until 9 am, and then continue for two hours . In short, if you drive over, don't look like we stormed  looking for a public parking lot in this area, you can't find it, put it on the street.  There is no picky place to live. There is also a cute small terrace that is to study how to open the iron curtains for a while. It turned out that the switch was on the back of a wooden frame, not on the window. The cleanliness is high, the space is large, the cabinet is very beautiful, and it is also equipped with a dishwasher, which is very convenient. This is our dinner.  Everything is good. If you want to be picky, the two cooking pots are not very useful. I hope to finish these small things. It will be perfect. Next time I come to Zurich, I will live in this room, because the check-in is simple, he will give you a password and press the password key at the door and fall off, and there is a lock at the gate, the whole seat is safer, there is also an elevator Don't worry about luggage . This hotel is located in the western suburbs of Zurich, in a quiet residential area. Quiet that is during the night. In daytime, there are three busy construction sites around the hotel with one at the time of this writing being in the process of demolition. To be fair, in the cold season with the window closed it was hardly a problem. The floor-to-ceiling window takes up one whole wall of the room opening on a large terrace (my room was on the top floor). Should be great for enjoying balmy Zurich midsummer nights but hardly an asset in late fall (except for smokers). The glass door opening onto the terrace is big, does not tip and is not suited for room airing. I found the bed to be on a poor side, narrow and with a mattress that kept sliding off its box base. The pillow, on the other hand, was as good at gets, definitely an asset. The bedside light was not suited for reading in bed. Thumbs up for a secure internet. Shower room was basically fine but the shower cubicle a bit tight in the waist for me and the washbasin had an XS size. The wardrobe is awkwardly divided in such a way that the longer section turned out too short for hanging up an overcoat. A small worktable is set in a niche with the user blocking both daylight and the light from the ceiling lamp. There is no source of light in the niche proper. As this is an apartment hotel, there is a kitchenette with a small fridge, two hot plates and a microwave. For the use of cutlery, plates and pots there is a daily charge that adds up to about 25% of the room rate. The rate I got was all right, but just about, so no home-cooked spaghetti for me. The microwave though proved to be just great for heating ready meals obtained from the supermarket down the road. All in all, seems like a fair deal.
