AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, about a ten-minute walk from Cuihu Lake and also a ten-minute walk from Kunming Old Street, though in a different direction. There are many local eateries nearby, and shared electric bikes are very convenient. The room was very clean, no mosquitoes, and the hotel service was excellent. It was also quiet at night, so I slept well.

GGuest UserAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.
尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！
评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

GGuest UserIf you book early, you can also get a free horseback riding experience. The fee includes three meals a day, you can swim, catch fish in the stream, watch the sunrise and sea of clouds, taste coffee and pick coffee beans. It is definitely a treasure manor. It was New Year's Eve, and we prepared a self-service stir-fry, which tasted good. The self-service beef hot pot was also great, with many varieties, delicious beef, and self-service drinks. What else do you want a bicycle?

**Service:** Banyan Tree's quality and service are always exceptional. I've stayed at their properties a few times, and the butler service is consistently thoughtful. This time, after running a marathon in Kunming, I came to Lijiang to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our butler, Alice, contacted me in advance. Because I'd requested a room with a great view, she upgraded us to a balcony view room. The moment I walked in, I felt that enduring severe altitude sickness was completely worth it. Alice's service was truly outstanding. My husband's ***** birthday was actually the next day, but Alice still delivered a birthday cake to the room, a double surprise! The other hotel staff were also excellent. The buggy service staff were very helpful, always assisting with luggage and incredibly enthusiastic.
**Environment:** The hotel features a three-tiered courtyard style, directly facing the snow-capped mountains. Lijiang in winter has its own unique charm. It's only 700 meters from Shuhe Ancient Town, which is super convenient. While Lijiang Ancient Town is famous, Shuhe Ancient Town feels less commercialized and still retains some historical charm.

PpinkrippleThere is free pick-up from the airport, and there is a shuttle bus for visiting Gaozhuang. It is very convenient and the service is very good. There is also a swimming pool on the roof, and the environment is very good, especially the night view. The breakfast is generally good, with quite a lot of variety. I really like their rice noodles. The laundry room is a bit run down, so if there's nothing special about it, try not to use it.

LLidusGreat location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.

MM463099****The luckiest thing about my trip to Dali was choosing this guesthouse. I stayed for 4 days, and the owner's service was impeccable from before check-in until I left. Not only did he send a detailed guide and navigation in advance, but he also personally went to the bus station to help us with our luggage and explained routes using his self-made map. It felt like having a local friend. The room was super spacious, with views of Erhai Lake, and was decorated cleanly and cozily. The bedding was also very comfortable. The guesthouse, both inside and out, was meticulously maintained. Right at the entrance, there's a book wall, which is a great photo op. The location is also excellent, only a ten-minute walk from the city center, making it convenient for dining and shopping. All in all, it was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it!

AAnonymous UserPros: Good value for money, especially suitable for families. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the balcony offered a spacious view. Airport/station pick-up service is available.
Cons: It's located within a residential complex, so transportation isn't the most convenient. While Didi (ride-hailing) is readily available, walking to destinations would take a long time. Dining options nearby are limited, and the only delivery service we found took an hour and a half to arrive. Additionally, there's a construction site outside the balcony. You'll need to find a very specific angle to take a 'cover photo' quality shot of just the sea, otherwise, other buildings will be in the frame. The elevators within the complex are quite old/dated.
Summary: Overall, if your family needs accommodation near the airport and plans to explore the Haidong area, this place could be a worthwhile option.

GGuest UserThis is the most impressive homestay of my entire trip. Although I only stayed for one night, everything was exceptionally brilliant. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, where you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. They also provide free car rides to both old towns, which is super convenient. The breakfast was great and had more variety than other hotels we stayed at during this trip.
The service is on another level. The staff were very helpful with our bags, explaining everything clearly (one of them speaks pretty good English), and giving us useful suggestions. We accidentally left our oxygen meter behind after checking into another hotel, and they contacted us immediately and arranged to deliver the package to us free of charge. Everything was handled so quickly and professionally.

GGuest UserI had an amazing experience at Lijiang Joyful Boutique Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — they made me feel right at home. The hotel is beautifully designed with charming Naxi-style architecture and tasteful modern touches, creating a peaceful and authentic atmosphere.
My room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities and a lovely view of the courtyard. I especially appreciated the quiet location — just a short walk to Lijiang Old Town but tucked away enough to enjoy restful nights.
The daily breakfast was delicious. The staff also helped arrange transportation and gave great recommendations for places to explore around Lijiang.
Overall, staying at Joyful Boutique Hotel truly enhanced my time in Lijiang. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, friendly, and authentic place to stay!
