It was a luxurious hotel for a solo traveler. As it was my first time in Spain and I was arriving at night, I chose this hotel which is directly connected by bus from the airport. Not only was the location excellent, but the rooms and service were also fantastic. The only thing I found difficult to understand was how to get to the reception from the bus terminal, so I've written it here. It's halfway down the road on the left side as you head towards the hotel. They also looked after my suitcase until the evening, allowing me to leisurely explore Bilbao. Thank you!

I stayed here while visiting San Sebastian bars. It was very close to the old town, and there was a supermarket diagonally in front of the hotel, so the location was very good. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were very nice and made me feel comfortable.

The hotel is located about 15-20 min walk to the center of San Sebastian. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good. Restaurant was surprisingly very good in the lobby. stayed there for 5nights and 6 days was well worth it. The price was quite expensive for what i paid but it was during the film festival so was well worth it. would certainly stay here on my way back to San Sebastian Wonderful knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful

The location of the hotel is perfect!!! Opposite the museum, a great walk to the old town!!! The room is very comfortable. The only thing is that there is no free water, everything is paid! No slippers and a robe, accessories for brushing teeth. Another point: if the windows overlook the city, then downstairs opposite there is a youth club! You can't sleep with the window open, with the window closed) The breakfast is great! Thank you for the rest! The airport is 15 minutes in the morning)

Located in the middle of the old town, it was a very convenient hotel with easy access to everywhere. The room was clean and I felt at ease. I was also glad that the room service was thorough. I highly recommend it!

This is an apartment hotel located next to the British company, with subway to the train station and bus station, very convenient. Downstairs and nearby many restaurants. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British company to buy a variety of food. This hotel has no front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. After entering the room, there are snacks such as water in welcome gift, . Very intimate. You can download the hotel's app, you can use your mobile phone to unlock it, which is very convenient. highly recommended!

We had such a great time this year for Semana Grande. And the Axel Hotel was in the perfect location for us. Right on the river next to a great spot for drinks and food. The rooftop pool is also a great spot to watch the fireworks! The staff was so helpful and friendly. And although we didn't need housekeeping while we were staying there they offered every day to clean our room or swap out towels or necessities for us. What a great experience. We will definitely be back!
