Visit the Expo 2017 sub-venue in Pidu District (Chengdu International Horticultural Exhibition)

Transportation: Take Metro Line 6 to Houjiatiao Station, then transfer to bus 727A to Spring Flower Music Park Station. Get off and walk about 400 meters to the Spring Four Garden Center, which is the Pidu District Expo Park sub-center. The first picture includes a promotional display board with the slogan 'Chengdu's Flower Music Park, the permanent Expo'. There is a banner-style floral stand with the words '2024 Chengdu World Horticultural Exposition' made of fresh flowers, facing the visitor center building on top of which are the Expo logo and '2024 Chengdu World Horticultural Exposition'. Between the main exhibition hall and the floral stand is a square with the Expo mascot, the logo, and a banner with 'XPO2004', and the ground of the square is also inscribed. Free admission for a tour and photography after security check. The layout of the restroom points in the exhibition area is reasonable. The indoor exhibition displays various plants and has a miniature three-dimensional platform for explanation. There are areas such as the boutique flower planting area, lettuce cold chain logistics center, Hanjiang Village resettlement community, Xingyue Hall, horticultural area, Big Eye Garden, Butterfly Bridge, Bamboo Expo Park, and so on. The exhibition hall is arranged like an elegant leisure residence where you can sit and take photos anywhere. 'China's Hometown of Bonsai' has a one-meter-high fence for distant viewing only. There are also exhibition halls like 'The Fragrance of Kings, the Most Beautiful National Orchid', 'Chengdu Taili Manor', 'Spring Overflowing Flower Boundary', 'Comfortable Life Originates from Nature', and 'Banali'. Walking out of the main exhibition hall, on the right side, there are eight three-story high 'Spring Four Garden Centers' in a row, which are the floral art exhibition halls. The first four exhibition halls require a security check to enter, including the 'Flower Creation Core Exhibition Area' and others. The second floor of the first two exhibition halls has Qiuhuo Flower Art, which is flower arrangement art, flower horticulture e-commerce live broadcast center, and a few halls selling flowers and fruit plants. Most of the second and third floors of the exhibition halls are for rent as vacant rooms. Outside the Sichuan-Chongqing Flower Market exhibition hall, there is 'Guo Tangyuan' which has been open since 1909, priced at ¥15 per bowl, containing five kinds of tangyuan: peanut, sesame, sesame paste, xisha, and rose, and they taste quite good. On the roadside outside the 'Spring Four Garden Center' exhibition hall, there is a '2024 Chengdu First Flower Planting and Art Competition' works exhibition, such as 'Fangxin Grass Horticulture'. A casual stroll is half a day's time, and if you are interested in flower horticulture, you can savor it in the main exhibition hall and the floral art exhibition hall.
