Great location, friendly staff. Parking is a nightmare! But worth it because once parked you can walk to most everything to do in downtown Asheville.

I had hopeful expectations for this place but in full transparency I was pretty let down. We came to Asheville for our anniversary and to enjoy the autumn mountains so we didn't expect to stay at the hotel all day. The location was FANTASTIC and close to everything but they must have some pretty thin walls because I was woken up every night by cars driving down the road and loud people not acknowledging the lateness of the hour. If the inn had quiet hours, they didn't enforce them. The rooms also don't have any temperature control which I wasn't crazy about. A little outdated in some ways but that stuff takes time. There were good things to be sure, a very charming place with a lot of potential. I hope during this ”post-renovation” time period they called it, they take these things into account. I am hopeful but hesitant to return

Breakfast was alright just the usual bagels, juice, coffee and yogurt. Wifi worked great. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Room was neat and clean but I found some stuff from previous guests under the bed and near some of the furniture so I'm not sure how through the housekeeping is.

I called your hotel when booking reservations to ask about EV support, and I was told that you have two (2) Tesla chargers. That was not true, you did have two Electric Vehicle charges, but they were not Tesla chargers. However, I did have appropriate adapters, so they could have worked. But neither of them had any power, and your staff was not able to get their power turned on properly. So instead of departing your hotel with an adequate charge to get to my next destination, I was not able to. Had I know of your issues ahead of time I would have booked in one of the other hotels in the Ashville area that did have working chargers. Very Poor Quality Experience from a Hilton…

The room was clean but the the property in general looked tired and in need of some updating and face lifting. The staff was friendly and knowledgable about the area, Asheville, NC. I was glad tha there was the buffet breakfast.

Pro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive. Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly. Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.
