We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions, which made getting around so easy. A big plus was the free transportation provided to and from the airport/railway station—such a convenient service. The staff also helped us with our luggage right from the car all the way to our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room was very spacious, perfect for two people with big suitcases, and still had plenty of space to move around comfortably. Breakfast was yummy too, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff also gave great recommendations on places to visit, which added so much to our trip. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place is highly recommend. It has a good vibes. t's really a lovely place with spacious room, cleanliness is top notch. The decorations at the room also really nice also got a very beautiful courtyard. The owner (Cassie) is a wonderful beautiful women yet so friendly. She help us so much by suggested a good halal restaurant nearby. The staff also very friendly & gave us so much tips about our vacation. This hotel is also located in a very strategic place. It is within the Old Town Lijiang area & it is also not far from the main road. Very easy access.Owner provides pick up & drop off service from the train station. We had no problems with transportation to this hotel. We were also greeted with a welcome drink.We were served with pu'er tea & evening snacks. Breakfast is also included in the hotel price. We were given a vegetarian breakfast. The breakfast was very tasty. This hotel also provides packages to visit interesting places around Lijiang at a price which is very affordable. Overall I really like this hotel and we will come back here again with our family❤️

李容' and 小余s hospitality is incredible awesome. Due to the rain. She has been offering me all the refreshment after checking out whilst I was waiting for the next destination. That really warmed my heart ❤️the location here is super convenient for everywhere. And this is safe and serenity. The room Is very cosy with small window 🪟. I will definitely highly people to come back to this hotel. 感恩有你们的热情与照顾。

The surroundings are excellent. Right across the street, Xianglinyuan is a restaurant frequented by celebrities. With two secure card-access gates, it feels very safe. The location is right in the heart of Dali, with a cruise ship dock downstairs, offering an expansive view of the beautiful sea. The room was clean and tidy, with disposable towels, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning provides both hot and cold air, and the host thoughtfully placed a humidifier in the room, so it wasn't dry when I slept, and my nose felt great the next morning. The AC was very warm, and the hygiene and facilities were truly good. There was even a Xiaomi dryer, so I could dry my towel and not have to carry a damp one with me the next day. You can feed seagulls downstairs, no need to go all the way to Xiaoputuo. In the evening, the front desk even provides red bean soup, so you can enjoy a warm dessert back at the guesthouse – very comforting. The service was incredibly attentive; breakfast can be delivered to your room. Just send a WeChat message to the housekeeper, and they'll bring it up, which is perfect for late sleepers. The owner found out it was my birthday during check-in and specially prepared a little surprise. The experience was truly full of pleasant surprises, and the price was very affordable. It's an incredible value compared to places in Shuanglang that cost over 1000 yuan, and the sea view is just as good, if not better. I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

Highly recommend the Duplex Two-bedroom parent-child room if you are travelling with children. The room is cosy and comes with thoughtful, kid-friendly amenities such as a potty seat, two-step stepper, room slipper, Lego, soft toys, etc. The staff are also friendly and helpful when I requested some help with returning the power bank even when I arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm. Additionally, there is a wide selection of breakfast for you to preorder in advance. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

We had such a wonderful time together in this hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They even helped us find a restaurant that we want to go and booked didi for us. For breakfast, since we’re Muslim couple they served us vegetarian meals for breakfast. We were a bit late for breakfast time and since it’s already passed breakfast time we were thinking to have breakfast at the train station but the staff manage to get us a breakfast even though it’s past breakfast time. The view on our room and on the rooftop is amazing too! For those who want to go to lijiang ancient town, this hotel is just 800m away from ancient town. During our check out they even gave us a small gift as appreciate us staying at their hotel.Definitely worth staying here!

Very Nice Hotel with Friendly and Helpful staffs! Staffs helped to carry luggages up and when leaving, help to carry as well to car. Many shops around and it's inside Gu Zheng but car can still drive in! Plus point for location! Staff was nice and WeChat before we arrive and wait for us at the entrance and bring all our luggages down!!! Room is big, plentiful of bottle water and also us to feel free to take! And yes they have oxygen on request if you need! Just use wechat to communicate with them! Very easy! Will love to be back in this hotel!!

I love everything about this hotel , the owner really friendly and helpfull and easy to get in touch . room are spacious , and the location is inside the old town near with everything . They pick up us in train station with super nice car . Thank you and I recommended everyone to stay here when visiting shangri la city

Hands down my favorite guesthouse! The decor is unique, and the owners are genuinely wonderful people – incredibly warm and thoughtful. The male owner helped us with our luggage, and even his heavily pregnant wife was still personally looking after guests. My friend's recommendation was absolutely spot on – this place is a true gem! If I ever return to Shaxi, I'm definitely staying for a whole week. The room's aesthetic is perfectly my style: minimalist yet elegant. It's located very close to the ancient town, tucked away in a small alley, offering a peaceful haven amidst the bustle.

This hotel has a very personal touch, the service is polite, the facilities are excellent, and the transportation is convenient. I brought my father with me, and initially booked a standard twin room. The owner saw that we might need more space and upgraded us to a king room with a terrace on the top floor, and even helped us add an extra bed. I'm very grateful for that! My dad is actually used to traditional hotels and was a bit resistant to this kind of B&B-style accommodation. When we first arrived, he was quite unhappy and wanted to find another place to stay. However, once he saw how spacious and well-arranged the room was, he decided to stay. After spending a day there, he found the service excellent and the environment pleasant. When we left, he even told me that we could stay here again next time we visit. The service was thoughtful and attentive; they responded promptly to any requests. The front desk staff even helped deliver food from nearby restaurants. When we checked out, we received a picnic mat as a souvenir. The breakfast was plentiful. I loved the milk; it was delicious, and the rice noodles were also tasty. I have a small suggestion: it would be nice to play some soft background music in the first-floor restaurant. It was a bit too quiet during breakfast, which made it feel a little awkward, haha. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay! Highly recommended! The pictures show various corners of the hotel~
