The room facilities and location are acceptable. Don't have too high expectations, because in the Austrian Lake District at this season, the room price is usually over 1,500, but theirs is only a few hundred, which is really very conscientious. It is suitable for poor people to experience the Austrian Lake District. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces.

I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Salzburg! The customer service was truly superb. I’d like to especially compliment the receptionists, Juliana and Mary — and a big shoutout to Juliana.
I arrived at the hotel earlier than the usual check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to check in early with just a short wait of about 20 minutes. During the wait, they even offered us coffee and pastries, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Juliana was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient in answering all my queries. Her warm hospitality really made my stay feel special.
Thank you to the team at Leonardo Salzburg for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
