The room was spacious and clean.
When I was checking out, they wanted to charge me 100 euros for my stay. I had to show that I had already paid and they charged me, and the guy still didn't seem to believe me. I almost missed my flight.
I don't know if they do this to all guests or if it just happened to me... something like this has never happened to me before.
All online reservations are left prepaid. As far as I know, you can't book online and not pay.

Friendly service, spacious room(s), decent pool, good breakfast. Bed and AC not so great. Furniture on upper floors could use some anti-scratch stickers to prevent the heavy noise when other guests move them. I recommend asking for a top level room for this exact reason. Overall good value though and would potentially visit again.

You get what you pay for. Has all the basics, no frills. Staff friendly and assisted with my case as there is no lift.
TV remote was temperamental, reported this and was told I would be getting a replacement the next day, no replacement forthcoming but wasn’t a big deal as only Italian channels.
Coffee machine in the room was pre-filled with water but coffee pods have to be purchased separately.
The wash basin had cracks, the shower was initially hit but soon went quite cool almost cold. The white bath towel had marks on it!
The double bed was made up from 2 single mattresses which were not adjoined therefore, mid sleep the two parted company by some 6 inches .The street is reasonably quiet evening time however, early morning sees the nearby businesses empty the previous evening empty bottles into the bin directly positioned below my room. There is also a school nearby where the little ones gather waiting for the doors to open, the excited chatter didn’t bother me but it might some people.
Great location for good shops/restaurants/cafes, train and buses and easy walk to the beautiful Marina.

The balcony of the room is facing the castle 🏰, and the consciousness style is coming. The opposite is the beach 🏖️ and the embankment. There is no noise of tourist hot spots at all, but there is no lack of all scenic spots.

Die Lage des Hotels war optimal. Die Anlage selbst ist weitläufig, direkt mit Meerzugang. Am Pool und Strand standen ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Unser Zimmer war groß und ausgestattet mit Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Safe. Im Zimmer und auch in der Anlage gibt es Ecken mit Schönheitsfehlern, die man auch ”weggucken” kann. Wlan ist im ganzen Bereich verfügbar. Der Service im Frühstücksraum hat sich bemüht. Man muss jede Tasse Kaffee einzeln bestellen, was manchmal bis zu 10 Minuten dauert. Auch beim Brot muss man darauf hinweisen, dass nachgelegt werden könnte. Ansonsten war das Frühstücksangebot sehr gut. Weiteres haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Alles in allem - es ist noch Luft nach oben.

I was a little timid at the beginning, given the various negative reviews, but I can completely lie all. Perfect, clean and comfortable room. Therefore, the structure is in the centre comfortable for any needs. Alexander was very kind from the beginning to the end. I would like to be very happy to stay in this building! We will certainly come back.

They even prepare a pack for us on check out day since our flight was earlier. Thanks for all your efforts to make our stay confortable.

＞ Room ”super with sea view”: see the photo for ”sea view”. With the term ”super” it is not all appropriate. The room was very small, with defecting equipment (one lamp worked). One seat when we were two, no table. We asked for it, but it was never provided. The balcony was more than rich, and we were so close to the street that all the passants had seen the room...
＞ TV: ridiculously small (small than a computer screen).
＞ quiet: room on the street. In addition, we were unquestionably awakened by household women who do not care about the rest of the guests and are discussing heavyly behind the door (when they don't come hit to ask us to let them do the room as soon as 8 a.m.).

GGuest UserWe stayed at the end of August in this very beautiful hotel, well located 15mn from the airport, near the port and the center, beaches (ideal with a car) and enjoying a small shopping centre right in front.
The hotel is very clean and very clean.
The hotel is a beautiful swimming pool with views of the bay and port (the nearby industrial area is not shocking).
Copyful breakfast and gastronomic restaurant at affordable prices.
Small care staff (a special mention at the reception for Sandra hyper benevolent and speaking very well French).
And especially very acceptable prices and formulas with TRIP.COM.
We'll go back there !!
