I stayed in Quanzhou for two nights, coinciding with New Year's Eve, so the ancient city was bustling. The hotel's occupancy rate was almost 100%. I booked this hotel about half a month in advance and specifically requested a non-smoking room or a non-smoking treatment. I took the K1 bus from Quanzhou Railway Station, and it took about 40 minutes to reach the hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and quickly processed my check-in. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with no strange smells. The sofa had a vintage feel, and I was quite comfortable. Breakfast is on the second floor; you need to go down to the first floor and then take the stairs up to the restaurant. The restaurant is quite large, with an open kitchen, and the food selection is quite rich, including rice noodle paste, millet porridge, soy milk, milk, bread, and corn, with a good variety of side dishes. The breakfast menu even varied over the two days. It's also quite convenient for getting in and out of the ancient city! There are many good restaurants nearby as well. Definitely worth recommending.

Several major issues:
1. The complimentary water provided in the room was two bottles of Ice Dew. Having stayed at countless hotels over the years, this was certainly a first. How much more expensive could Nongfu Spring be?
2. Breakfast was incredibly crowded. The front desk was aware of this and even kindly advised guests to avoid dining between 7:30-9:30 AM. Who doesn't eat breakfast during that time? It seems the hotel knows about the problem but instead of expanding their dining area, they tell guests to avoid peak times. The breakfast area is right across from the front desk, and during peak hours, there was a long queue outside the restaurant – another first for me. The dining environment was also very cramped.
3. I booked this hotel specifically because I wanted to be able to open the windows for some fresh air. However, the small window above the main one just pushed open and couldn't be closed tightly. It was very cold during Fuzhou's New Year's Day cold snap. I asked about the central air conditioning, and they said it could provide heat, but all I got was a rush of cold air. I shivered through the night. Given this, I might as well have booked a hotel like the Kempinski with sealed windows.
4. There was no service from the front desk. A proper front desk concierge should add guests on WeChat during check-in. After staying for a day and a night, they only called to ask to add WeChat the night before check-out, just to solicit a good review. I understand service is competitive, but I'm sorry, I really can't give a good review. If they focused on doing things right, I believe good reviews would come naturally.
Other points: the breakfast tasted good, the location is excellent, right next to Wuyi Square, and the late check-out until 3:00 PM was convenient. The connected mall is very convenient, and Yabao Paradise was fun. However, these positives don't outweigh the negatives; there were too many problems. I won't be staying here again.

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions on Zhongshan Road. The Nanyang-style decor is vintage and romantic, and all the facilities and plants within the hotel are exceptionally well-maintained. There's also a subtle tea fragrance throughout the hotel, creating a wonderful sense of well-being. The room was clean and tidy, with full voice-activated smart controls, and the balcony had excellent natural light, feeling warm and private. The front desk service was enthusiastic and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It truly felt like coming home. Thank you!

This was our first trip to Fuzhou with family, and overall it was a great experience! The hotel stay was very comfortable. The 2.2-meter king-size bed had plenty of space for our family of three, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and taxis are easy to catch! Both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were fantastic! I needed a band-aid, and the front desk promptly sent someone to deliver it – very efficient! Our room was cleaned quickly every day, and they provided plenty of bottled water. They also generously prepared extra toiletries for the child. Plus, the kids could go swimming.

Hilton Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang boasts an excellent location right by the Min River. After dinner, a stroll along the riverside is incredibly pleasant! The hotel staff are friendly and provide great service, responding quickly to any requests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, the environment is lovely, and you get a beautiful view outside the dining room window! The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and I had a fantastic rest!
The hotel's exterior is very stylish, nestled between mountains and the sea, with the beautiful Haicang Bay Park nearby, which is not crowded. A big thanks to Cathy at the front desk for upgrading us to a room with a view of Haicang Bridge and arranging breakfast and lounge access. The lounge service was also very attentive, making for an excellent experience. On the evening of the 31st, the lobby bar even hosted a New Year's Eve party with a great atmosphere.

This is my second time in Quanzhou. I saw this hotel when I visited Xunpu Fishing Village and it left a great impression, so I decided to stay here. Oh my goodness, it was amazing! I booked a city view room, but because it was off-season, they upgraded me to a deluxe river view. The view truly blew me away! The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathtub had two floor-to-ceiling windows, offering fantastic views of both the bridge and the Ferris wheel – absolutely stunning. This hotel with its beautiful scenery is a must-stay when you come to Quanzhou.
The deluxe river view king room offered expansive views and top-notch facilities. The mattress provided good support but was a little firm, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The JInjiang River scenery outside the window was serene, and the service was professional and efficient. Overall, the experience was precise and solid, meeting brand standards, though it slightly lacked a surprising warmth or unique memorable touch.

A truly excellent experience! The five-star service was absolutely impeccable. Just a note: swim caps are required at the pool. It would be great if disposable ones could be provided. Upon check-out, they even gave my child an adorable 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) themed water cup – it truly lives up to its reputation as the 'Hometown of Zhuangyuan'!
The location is fantastic, right by Yuandang Lake, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The front desk even upgraded me to a room on the 7th floor with a great view. Honestly, I wasn't originally planning on staying here because I was worried that, being an older hotel, the facilities might be outdated and uncomfortable. But my friends in Xiamen strongly recommended it. The room was clean and tidy, although the bathroom was a bit old-fashioned with a bathtub. However, it had a rain shower head with good water pressure. The toilet also showed its age, but for a hotel in this price range, it really exceeded my expectations. The biggest surprise was the Napoleon pastry at their cafe. It was crispy, nutty, not too sweet, and not greasy. I actually think it's better than the one at Lady M in Shanghai. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Xiamen.

11330400****We arrived a bit early for check-in, but the front desk staff was very accommodating and processed our request. They even helped us switch rooms when the initial one wasn't suitable, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, and the bedding was incredibly soft. We had a fantastic view of Gulangyu Island right across the water. All five of us loved it and are already looking forward to our next stay! I forgot to take pictures of the room, only of the view across the water.
GGuest UserThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

HHua King WongOverall, quite happy with the stay because Wanda Shopping mall just next to it. It has a 5-star hotel lobby, room is spacious too. The washroom is not so ideal because it has too many glass structure. The service is just average. My husband was stopped by a security guard to wait outside the hotel for the tenant to come down and collect their stuff. He then informs the guard that he stays here.

GGuest UserThe room has a 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, which is very cool. If you are lucky, you can watch the sunrise directly from the bed! ! The facilities are super new, and there are even disposable face towels in the washbasin, which is highly praised! Even the hair dryer is a Dyson! ! After we moved in, we asked Receptionist No. 1 to accompany the guests. The cat car was super nice and the brother Luoye Zhiqiu's attitude was also super, super nice! ! He always helped me to find the car and picked up the things we left at the B&B! ! ! The overall experience is great
MM55036****With its black bricks, gray tiles, and carved wooden windows, every corner of this place exudes a sense of history and elegance. From the welcome fruit and calming incense to the Fuzhou-specific tea, attention to detail is evident everywhere. The toiletries in the bathroom are from L'Occitane. Each room also offers activities like making lacquer fans and stringing beads, and the breakfast is abundant. I'll definitely stay at this guesthouse again next time I visit Fuzhou.
GGuest UserThe hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a well - appointed bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to offer assistance. Not bad, and might come again.

AAnonymous UserAlthough the hotel facilities are relatively old, it is very comfortable to live in. There are many parking spaces in the ground parking lot, and parking is convenient. The front desk was very considerate and helped to upgrade the room. The hotel also has a wide variety of breakfast. The hotel is located very close to Zhangzhou Ancient City, within walking distance, and there are many food options.
