GGuest UserI received an exceptional service during my visit. Even though I arrived early before the check-in time, I was given a room by the lady at the reception desk. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. Because the room was located on the gallery floor (M Floor), near the offices of the hotel, a gentleman from the hotel team showed me the way to the room and helped me find it quickly. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, it had a strong air-conditioning, kettle, tea, coffee and cups, a refrigerator, nice shower with 2 sets of towels, 2 shower robes, supply of tissue and toilet paper, soaps and shower gel. The room I was given had no view visible from its window, because it was situated near a wall of the nearby building - blocking the view. But the functionality of the room was perfect. The shower had a constant supply of hot water, and the water pressure was relatively good. The breakfast room was located on the 6th floor, which is the upper floor of the hotel. It includes omelettes, eggs, cheese, bacon, bean, pancakes, jams, bread, salads and pastries, along with orange juice, pineapple juice, coffee, tea and other hot beverages. The stay was a great experience. It is important to note that even though the hotel situates itself as a 3 stars hotel - I find it to actually meet the criteria of a fine 4 stars hotel. Highly recommended.

Good pools, good beach (a strip of stone on entry, but sandy bottom further on). Nice seaside walk running for miles to Larnaca.
A room a bit small but functional. Breakfast tasty and good quality.
We had a room with a sea view and it was a good choice. Other rooms may have a building site view ;-)
Negatives:
Mosquitos !!! There are mosquitos, even in November and we were punished for desire to sleep with open window listening to the sea.
Hotel should research for any small water deposits (building site?) and use some chemicals to rid off mosquitos.
The key card stopped working at 11.30 am - the reception explained that it was OK as in just 30 min at 12.00 is the check-out time. My wife was inside otherwise I would need to run 100 meters to reception to get my bags to the car.
No taverna or restaurant in walking distance. The neighbourhood pretty rough and not attractive.

GGuest UserI wanted to give this hotel a higher score as the location, room and bathroom was lovely, however, the walls between the rooms were somewhat thin, I could hear the family next door when they were just having normal conversations. Luckily it wasn’t a busy period so I can’t imagine what it’ll be like if you had neighbours on either side.
I also found out that if you managed to bag a good deal with trip.com, the service/amenities are slightly different. We did not receive slippers or bathrobes in the room but were able to retrieve these from the spa, just something for people to know.

The staff were really friendly, especially the smiling lady at the front desk. My room was nice - modern, spacious, with a good balcony. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.
Food was a highlight. Breakfast had lots of choices. Lunch and dinner were amazing - the chef is really talented. I enjoyed every meal.
The hotel has a long family history, which gives it a special feel. It's not like a big chain hotel at all.
Only small issue: could use more hooks for clothes in the room and bathroom.
Overall, I had a great time. The mix of friendly service, good food, and nice rooms made for a great stay. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

许许This hotel is very close to the city center, the rooms are the right size, there is a swimming pool on the roof and you can see the sea. Breakfast is average, but can be eaten with freshly squeezed orange juice. It is also very close to the beach from the hotel. Just go through a McDonald's.

Ooficial.semfronteirasWe spent almost a week at the Cactus Hotel and the experience was amazing! The rooms are brilliant, not that big, but enough! Good bathroom, toilet, balcony! The breakfast also is not the best one, every day the same, but all fresh. I missed fruits. There is a coffee machine, so you can have as much coffee as you wish. Very well located, it’s a walking distance to the sea, close to the mackenzie beach and city center. You can do everything on foot. good restaurants and small markets nearby. The lidl is very far. pool area, bar, excellent! The staff speaks English and they are very kind and helpful! Highly recommended!
